I got an immediate answer to my problem, it worked beautifully and I’m real happy with the app. I’ve had it got at least 5 years and never once did I have a complaint.

Customer service responses are timely (a day or two) and helpful. product is easy to use and allows me to do what I need to do with regards to accessing websites quickly and easily.

Been using this for years. At my age, I wish it was a little more telephone support heavy, but the online support has been satisfactory. Being able to logon using touch ID is a real improvement.

I have been a member for at least 10 years, RoboForm is easy to use, and support is always timely and accurate.

Easy to use. When I had an issue, the customer service guy (Nick?) was most helpful. For the record, that issue was not a problem with RoboForm, but in how I was utilizing it.

The use of RoboForm is too much of a learning curve as it wipes out all windows form all ready in the system.
