I ordered a Google Pixel 7 Pro on the website because my phone was broken.
After 4 days, they just cancel my order!! I essentially wasted 4 days without phone waiting for my new phone to arrive only to realize they never intend to send me any phone! Why did you list the phone on on the website then? And why did it take you 4 days to cancel?
4 days without phone for no reason!!

Des appels vers Rue du Commerce m'ont indiqué de contacter directement Samsung. Deux semaines d'appels et d'emails à Samsung France ont abouti à être ignorés.

Our Samsung Microwave still under guarantee bought 18 months ago from Rue du Commerce developed a sharp hole on the glass turntable due to heat.
Calls to Rue du Commerce told me to contact Samsung direct. Two weeks of calls and emails to Samsung France resulted in being ignored.

Very bad customer service. I ordered a fridge freezer, it did not arrive on the specified afternoon, no one contacted me and it has been a nightmare trying to get my money back. I have been given the run around and can assure anyone considering using this site that they are nothing like Amazon. Amazon know how to treat customers, rueducommerce are epouvantable. It is over three weeks since I paid this company and I have still not been reimboursed.

Attractive prices. But if you want invoice forget. You will never get from this Seller. More importantly, they sell your personal data to third party who charge your debit card without your consent. I had this experience and they instantly refunded.

Coming back to Invoice for purchase, they not only not send you but also ignores your emails. What a busy Seller. ))))

After 3 weeks I am still waiting for the phone. The seller SMTek say it has been delivered and have asked me to contact all my neighbours. They have left the problem for me to solve and have offered no help. I am really very disappointed in their service and will have to wait another 72 hours before I can claim a refund from Rue du Commerce who are passively passing emails from the supplier on to me. The phone wasn't the cheapest and is the second attempt with RDC - the first phone was advertised as 3 days delivery but in fact was going to take 2 weeks from China...
So, they are misleading customers and doing little to help IMO.

Bought gpu. Nowhere was it mentioned they will send a used item. Got it, worse package ever, no bubles inside to protect the box, whatever, couriers were ok and nothing is damaged. Opened gpu box, it was clearly resealed. Took a closer look and it all dusty, missing some plastic covers, not to mention hair in the grills. Gpu works, but I've ordered a NEW item, not the used one. Requested partial refund via paypal, will see how it goes. Pathetic shop.

Update, so paypal suggest you send the item back and get a refund, which I obviously don't want to do as I barely could get this gpu...So it's either full refund or close the case, not the first day they do the scam so they definitely know how to outplay you. I had to cancel dispute, no success. Screw this shop.

They don't even deserve 1 star.
I purchased a new 1750 euro Macbook on their webshop for a birthday. When opening the item it was not working. I contacted the service and asked for a replacement and they refused it as the computer was purchased 16 days ago. I only had 14 days to open a claim so I was 2 DAYS TOO LATE. they refused to take it back. Now they want to repair it, meaning I have a "refurbished" computer for the price of a new computer! Not even offered compensation for the inconvenience or the fact that the computer is now refurbished and not new. SHAME on you Rueducommerce! I will never ever buy from you again. Also, the customer service is rude and doesn't listen at all.
