I am still waiting on one more package that has been sent back. Apparently the email was typed in wrong so when I get a text it goes to the wrong email that doesn’t exist. The phone number is correct cause I get the text but can’t respond to the email. The order I’m waiting on is JHSL847073 it’s under the same name plus address was wrong to. I know it’s not your fault but I really want that other order but i can’t get the email u sent cause it’s wrong. Here is the correct email and correct address I have multiple times sent to u guys and still no response on correct email stacybback@hotmail. Had to reach out for assistance and they were very responsive and helped me with my issue in less than 48 hours, despite emailing back and forth multiple times in that period
The product looks very bad quality
The product looks very bad quality, pixelated and sketches out. Does not look like the quality of the product in the website. They provided a cheap receipt print of a card instead of a greeting card. No gift box either. Not work $40, this is $5 product.
The promised delivery date was December…
The promised delivery date was December 31, 2025, but I only received the product on January 30. I contacted customer service when the item had not arrived and asked about a refund due to the delay. Instead of resolving the issue properly, they offered me less than half of the amount paid as a partial refund.
The item was meant to be a birthday gift, so it completely lost its purpose. Although the product is okay, the delay and poor customer support made the experience very disappointing. I would not purchase again.

Soulfree is just bad
To start, the order took more than 1 month to reach me and when contacting them continuously there is nothing that they did and they didnt seem to care. I received the order and opened it and im like is this really what i paid for? both items were the worst quality of items i have every seen, the picture frame is literally printed from a normal printer and put it in a frame, and other item is the worst. They kept saying when its late that its going under their quality inspection team and im like woow ok it might be smth super then im like my 5 year old cousin could have done a way better job at home than this. Honestly very angry about this order and its quality i wouldnt even give them to my partner its an embarrassment. I recommend you think twice if you want to order from them..

Great idea, disappointing product
Great concept! I wanted it for a 50th birthday gift and paid for expedited shipping so it would arrive in time. After I ordered “the museum of us” a lot of options not featured on the website popped up on my feed. I liked these options better and changed my order less than 24 hours after it was originally placed. I was told the original order had to be cancelled in order to make any changes. This was frustrating and communication was with customer service was online only. They did not understand via email some of the changes I wanted to make but I didn’t want to delay the process any further and had it processed without all the add ons. Even though I paid for expedited shipping, it took over two weeks to arrive and after the 50th birthday celebration it was for. I was disappointed by how small the pictures are. Would not order again.

I originally ordered a projection…
I originally ordered a projection necklace at the beginning of December. It never arrived. I later received an email stating it had gotten lost in transit and they offered to send another necklace. However, they never sent me a second email with tracking information, when delivered in my mailbox locker they did not send an access code so I had to jump through hoops to try and get it. Finally, there was no necklace in the gift box!

I’m only disappointed because I got this as a valentines gift and I wanted to put it together myself. I added a chandelier as extra. And all the figurines but 1 is a sitting one but I didn’t add a bench so only 1 figurine can actually be used. And I can’t even contact them to let them know
