I placed my order in mid-November during the Black Friday sale, intending it as a Christmas gift.

After weeks of silence and no delivery, the shipment was eventually returned to the sender. As soon as the issue appeared, I immediately contacted the local carrier (Correos) and was explicitly told that only the sender could correct or intervene on the delivery, not the recipient.

I was never notified that the parcel was being held at a post office, nor was I given any opportunity to act before it was sent back.

The most unacceptable part of this experience is the complete lack of communication: I received no replies for weeks, and when the company finally responded, it was only to ask me to pay additional shipping costs for an order that was never delivered.

More than a month later, the package is back with the seller, I still have no product, no refund, and no clear solution.

This is not how a serious business handles customers. Extremely disappointing service. I would strongly advise against ordering from this shop.

Super fast order and good products

Great product range, easy to navigate the website, quick and effective delivery, everything is perfect! Jenni has an awesome attitude and obvious love of this endeavor!

classes were really profesionally lead, we received support at every step, explanations were given in a clear open way, along with also showing what type of movement is required to achieve desired result. since then i came back alreay for open working ours in the wokrshop and planning to come back next year :)

Jenni and Björn are one of the most service minded and helpful tufting-sellers out there. They are serious in their work, take their craft and their business seriously. They care about their customers and do the best they can. I buy all my equipment from here, regularly for the last few years. Highly recommended for anyone needing tufting equipment in Europe!

Every single thing. Jenny is very friendly and welcoming. She gives very clear explanations and shares good tips and advices to get the best out of your rug. She is very patient and available. Also lunch time was very cool being all together :)

Contacted the company with a bunch of questions, as they are one of the only European suppliers for anything tufting related. They suggested to set up a videocall, which I've gladly accpeted. They answered all my questions and more, as they even showed me everything in their studio, how they teach their classes, what can be done to improvise some things,... Very helpful tips and tricks! When I was creating my order they, again, were very helpful - I told them my wishes and they created an offer I just couldn't refuse ;)
Their "support/help team" is very quick to respond and answer any questions. Not to mention they have all their tutorials in a video format on Youtube - can't be more helpful than that!
When sending the packages they made sure they have all the necessary tracking numbers, just in case.
All in all a great experience.
