This company sells crappy products and has no shame. I suggest buying elsewhere.

I am writing about my experience buying a necklace online. I ordered a diamond bar necklace. It arrived quickly but when I opened the box and pulled it out, the necklace snapped in two like a twig.

When I inspected the jewelry I could see it was poorly made. The diamonds were only soldered together in their settings. There was no reinforcement on the piece either in the back or the top to make it more secure. It felt flimsy and cheap. It felt like I could keep bending it and popping off diamonds with little force.

I emailed customer service and they admitted the poor quality of their jewelry. They said they would redesign the item to make it better. They even provided illustrations of the updates they made to the item.

However, I didn't feel like I could trust the company. Their illustration of the first version of the necklace I received didn't match what I had seen. Why would I trust a company that sells substandard jewelry? The only reason they thought to improve the quality of the item was because it broke. Who knows how many other flimsy pieces of jewelry they have on their website?

I explained that I wasn't satisfied with the bare minimum resolution to this issue and expected a discount for my time and inconvenience. They refused.

I decided not to proceed with the purchase. I don't believe this is a company that can be trusted. They are selling substandard products. And, even more embarrassingly, they have no shame. Lab diamonds are getting cheaper by the day. Please look elsewhere for quality jewelry!

We have purchased both my wedding and engagement rings with clarity. The price has been very reasonable and I have had both rings appraised. Both rings were appraised for what we paid and the exact type of diamond we selected. Both rings are beautiful

If there were 10 stars, I would have marked all 10 but there were only 5. Joey T was an absolute pleasure to work with. I wanted to order a gift but it was not supposed to arrive in time for my event so Joey helped let the production team know how important this gift was for me and they made it happen. The gift looks great as well.

With Clarity has been so easy to work with. Their customer service is exceptional! They are extremely responsive, quick to answer my questions and easy to work with.

Our experience purchasing a wedding ring through With Clarity was absolutely wonderful. We got the Twin Diamond Bypass Toi Et Moi Engagement Ring, which has a unique, beautiful design. Everything about the process was intuitive and simple. The ring arrived without trouble and was stunning. We've also had a great experience with service since the initial purchase. We unfortunately damaged the ring a year after the fact, and the company was very gracious to work with us on it. We wouldn't hesitate to use With Clarity again.

Awful customer service. My order was held up in customs for 10 days, customs needed information from them and they kept blaming fedex. Customs confirmed it was the shipper that failed provide the necessary documentation. They kept denying it and saying it was FedEx’s fault and never did anything to help resolve the customs delay. They sent the same generic email every time, promising a response in 24-48 hours but they would never respond until I reached out. Eventually I cancelled my order altogether, let’s hope I actually get my full amount back.

The order was simple and fulfilled rather quickly. These were for my daughter's college graduation. She was very happy with them.

Very easy to work with. Ring quality was top tier. Zero issues during my purchase.
