Bad customer service, inconsistent sizing, meh quality.
I've heard so many good things from people about this brand, so I wanted to give them a chance. It has been years of giving them chances, and I'm sad to report that they've never lived up to expectations. The first time I ordered shorts from them, and according to the size chart for that item, I was a small. When I tried on the small, it was extremely tight over my thighs to the point where my thighs were bulging out. Even after losing 30 pounds from the time I ordered those shorts, they are still too small for me.
Their sizing is not just inconsistent for women though. I have bought my boyfriend many gifts from YLA, and he's been unable to use about half of the things I've bought him from there. I ALWAYS use the item specific size chart, since I know it's different from item to item. But you might as well just not use them, because they're totally inaccurate. Sometimes a large fits much larger, and a XXL fits more like a L.
Their customer support is also terrible. I think they use both real people and also automated messages, which creates a lot of communication issues. They gave me the option to reship an item, or receive store credit after THEY lost my package. Ideally, I'd want a refund instead, but I'd rather have the actual item, so I asked for it to be reshipped instead. I then received what I assume to be an automated message saying "Thank you for confirming!
We’ve gone ahead and issued your store credit to the email address we have on file. You can use it anytime toward a future purchase." I think this is because I said in the email that I'd rather receive the item than store credit, but since I mentioned the words "store credit" their faulty system issued me store credit.
It's safe to say I will stop giving them chances, and start shopping in person only when it comes to workout gear.

Great clothes but was unable to use a $45 credit that I’ve had with the company for sometime and I’m not able to figure out how to use it. I emailed someone and they said I could just use it next time but didn’t tell me how.

Only gave one star because I had to. Absolutely awful customer service. I have ordered several times before this with no issue but this last Dec I purchased
several items for my son for Christmas & upon delivery I realized that one item was missing. Reached out to to YoungLa & didn’t get a response for several days, then I was told they’d look into it. After zero return messages I chose to follow up three days later & finally received a message 2 days after that, saying they don’t have the product & they’ll refund my purchase. All said & done it has now been 27 days. My son didn’t receive his Christmas gift & it took until today to get actual clarification. Yikes!
Extremely poor checkout experience on restock
I reached checkout, completed PayPal approval, and was stuck in a “processing” loop only to be kicked back and told the item was sold out.
All of this was done seconds after the restock happened..
Inventory is not reserved at checkout, the queue doesn’t protect items, and the product page shows phantom stock (“available” sizes that fail immediately).
If payment is approved, stock should be locked or the user should be warned clearly.
Very frustrating experience and not what I expect from a brand this size.
Unacceptable
I ordered one item and received something completely different. After 1.5 months of back-and-forth emails, YoungLA says they’re willing to refund only part of the money and refuse to send the correct item. Unacceptable customer service.
Awful stock control
Awful stock control. Can't manufacture up to demand levels, doesnt make you good because youre popular, just means you have a poor process for manufacture and don't make enough.
Terrible customer service…
My son loves youngla -but for Christmas I ordered him a pair of sweatpants. The arrived with a hole looking like it was a returned item. I reached out to customer service they asked for a picture I sent several they are stating they still can't see "the stain". It's a hole-I explained it in several emails . Wish there was a way I could share the pic I sent them. It's clear as day a small hole on the leg!!!

Love these! Purchased the men’s (I’m a female) medium. I’m 5’5, 135 and they are a bit long but look great! Purchased 8 pairs for the family and they all loved them.
Poor quality pants
Poor quality pants, blown stitch right out the bag. Never worn or washed. The kids love this brand but I won’t spend my money on their gear again.
Very very VERY poor customer…
Very very VERY poor customer service….almost in the realm of scam. Items never received. Item lost in transit, and despite me buying the shipping protection, customer service is trying to say that delivery was attempted but we were not available to receive it. UPS themselves say that delivery was not attempted. UPS has told me to contact YoungLa (the shipper) to begin an investigation. YoungLa is trying to say that delivery was attempted and absolving themselves from responsibility. I am stuck between a rock and a hard place and am out the money.

Shirt came with a stitching that was ripped, not a big deal just annoying. And support was only able to get me 4 € store credit.

Terrible customer service
I recently ordered from younglas Black Friday sale. I had my wishlist planned weeks in advance and was on the website, secured all of my items and got confirmation sent straight away. It is now December 23rd no progress on my shipment. I spent almost 400 dollars on my cart and all the things that aren’t coming in are sold out online. I have emailed maybe 7-8 times I have only gotten one email back with a short response saying my package was lost in transit and asked if I wanted it reshipped. I emailed immediately within minutes saying I need my order reshipped but yet again no response. So with that I emailed two more times everyday and no response. I don’t know what else to do if no one will respond to me. I have purchased from every single drop they’ve had for the past two years. I am so disappointed and frustrated because I really wanted to receive all the new Batman products I was promised when I got my confirmation code. This customer service is so poor and makes me not even want to order from them again
Exchange process is super long
The quality of the products are very good. Shipping time on new orders is ok, where I live they use DHL and it works fine. What I'm displeased about, is the exchange process. Everything works beautifully until the moment they need to ship your new products, I've been waiting for almost a month for them to process the new order containing the items from my exchange. They still haven't shipped my items and when I ask the support team all they say is that they "will reach out to their team about it", and that's all I've gotten for the past 3 weeks. So make sure you pick your sizes right and you should be fine...

I normally wear a medium and al brands fit me fine. Got a hoodie from Youngla and the fitting is very odd. Both sleeve were extremely big but short and the hoodie is very short on me.. Terrible designer!!
Don’t bother with shipping protection I’m missing £200 worth of items they won’t sort out
1 Star – Paid for Shipping Protection, Got Zero Protection
I am extremely disappointed with YoungLA’s customer service and handling of missing orders.
I had FOUR separate parcels go missing, and I paid shipping protection on every single one. Instead of helping, I was told that because the carrier shows a “geo-pin delivery,” YoungLA will not assist me further and that it’s “very unlikely” four orders weren’t delivered.
Unlikely does not mean impossible — and it absolutely does not excuse ignoring a customer who paid extra for protection.
THEY CANT EVEN SHOW ME A PHOTO PROOF OF DELIVERY OR TELL ME WHERE THEY WERE DELIVERED? THEY WERE DELIVERED WHEN I WAS OUT OF THE HOUSE.
There was no photo proof of delivery, no packages at my address, and no accountability from YoungLA. What is the point of offering shipping protection if customers are abandoned the moment there’s an issue?
Blaming the carrier and refusing to help is unacceptable. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in this brand. I will not be ordering again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before spending money here — especially if you expect support when something goes wrong
