Tyler, the sales person was very friendly snd informative. We even allowed him to park his vehicle in our driveway while he continued to make sales calls. Isaiah, the installer was also very friendly and worked on the install steadily, until completion. He explained everything to us about the new key pad and phone apps. We were very pleased with both representatives.

I received a advertising letter (imitation credit card) in the mail from Reliant Funding. I have received several of these in the past and simply tossed them in the trash. Not sure why, but this time I decided to check out Reliant and find out what they had to offer. After visiting with their representative, I saw where a relationship with Reliant Funding could be beneficial to my small business. After getting the details concerning the amount of money I wanted to borrow, I originally started to back out because of the cost to borrow that money. However, realizing that they were loaning me this money without any collateral, based solely on the small amount of documentation they requested, I reconsidered. Then I noticed that there was no penalty for early payment and that the earlier I paid, the lower the cost. Then I was told that once I paid off a certain amount of the balance, I could re-negotiated at a lower rate and borrow more money if needed. With the destruction of the Small Town Banks and the stinginess of the Big Banks, when it comes to loaning money, its nice to be able to have a banking relationship based, pretty much, solely on trust.
