Brian called right away, great instructsions and links and i was able to get my ss 1099 info in minutes.

Very friendly phone staff, however they could NOT meet the price offered in the mailbox flyer, of 200 channels for $44.99(plus $10 now for new customers etc...) I also sai I needed Internet and they told me Time/Warner was the only one out here. I was going to cancel then but she kept getting off the phone to "meet with managers", then came back on to say they found another company for internet ????.
After over an hour on the phone with live and automated voices I had to hang up since I was busy at the time. I still feel these t.v. companies have a shady way of doing business all in a way to get more gravy money. They're ovbiously working on commission. Where is AT & T when you need them?.
