I always find mingle surveys to be none long winded or complicated and without all those repeat questions said in another way ... Rewards seem to ge a long time a long time building up but when cashed in a very quick uncomplicated system to receive payout

Outside Outstanding

A Company / System and Operative that cannot be faulted in anyway , from booking , visit and follow up including choice of new glasses there and then if needed . Five Star all the way for Service, Attention to detail and as for the operative (Optician) Mr Kevin Frost , GOC No 01-23202 , Made me feel Valued , a Real Person and as a Senior Person (OAP 83 Years) Cared for and treated with Respect. A Service Offered to and in partnership with the NHS which is totally valued by Older , infirm , house bound persons. Well Done Outside Clinic. Mr Peter Hutson

Home Visit and Services …

Had a visit today from the OutsideClinic , My Eye Test / examination by the Optometrist Mr Kevin Frost GOC Number 01-23202 . the whole experience was conducted in such a Professional manner and could not be faulted in any way . I felt comfortable , well respected and treated with such care and attention . The full Service offered by this Home Visit was easy , efficient , complete and I have never felt so comfortable , relaxed in the way and manner everything was conducted right up until the end including choosing my new spectacles/glasses etc. I have nothing but high praise and respect for Services/Company and Mr Kevin Frost . and as a senior person in later years found it so refreshing that there is still some Respect/Services for the older generation. A Dinosaur still roaming this Earth

As an older person , in my 83 year , I find it difficult to keep up with things sometimes and especially modern technology so any help to manage this now difficult/dangerous/uncertain times is a gift of kindness to old dinosaurs like me . The other day I received an E-Mail from Octopus Energy saying I could fix my energy prices for 16 months as price increases where on the way by just changing to another tariff that was better for me , especially as I have both my Electricity and Gas from Octopus Energy and also been a loyal customer paying up front and in full every month for the energy used. Now came the difficult part or as I call it the confusing part ... but know ... a night in shinning amour came forward .... and it said " My name is Jack (He/Him) , my recommendation to you is this Tariff ...bla, bla, bla, and I can change it all over for you (which I accepted) and put everything in place so you don't have any worry or have to do anything and just continue to send in your readings every month and pay as usual ........ my reaction was WOW this is service ..and true to Jack's word ...the next day I received another E-Mail from Jack ... All done everything in place Thank you for being an Octopus Energy customer. Now the saga above from one of the dinosaurs still roaming this world gives me confidence knowing at least there is still one company working hard and doing there best for there customers . Well Done Octopus Energy and especially Jack (He/Him) for his diligence/expertise/and a credit to the company . Regards and sincerely Mr P.Hutson.

It was a brutal MOT but right

It was a brutal MOT but right , was able to put right all the faults (at a cost) then sailed through . My vehicle is now 26 years old but still cheaper to run (with a comprehensive MOT) than a new car , which I could not afford to buy anyway. Running cost over all for the limited mileage that I do is still worth while than a new vehicle MOT station good efficient and honest

The people that served me in store and…

The people that served me in store and especially the optometrist , Charming , Professional , and explained every process in lay mans languague as the test proceeded . , the only let down was at the end in the price I had to pay for new glasses .... especially when you see the adverts on line for prescription glasses at much much lower prices.
