So they were running 20% discount on…

So they were running 20% discount on the makeup and I go and but a tinted creme that was literally positioned next to the 20% off sign with other makeup products only to be surprised that it is not discounted. Very misleading! Especially because tinted creme is considered makeup.

Tried complaining to the customer service with a picture of the placement of the product. They didnt seem to care about it. This makes me think they are misleading customers on purpose.

Unfortunately, a tinted cream does not come under make-up but skin care, as this is a cream with added color and not a foundation.

Weeks passed before I heard from Brava…

Weeks passed before I heard from Brava about a big purchase I made from them. They kept canceling one by one item as they were out of stock and I ended up receiving only 2 out of 6 items, and one of them being a completely wrong one. What a sad experience, I don't think I will order from them again.

Good while it lasted

Good while it lasted. It is my third year with Nespresso and their machine just died on me, a little over when the warranty expired. Just got off the phone with their technician who couldn't help me revive it. I don't think I will replace it with another Nespresso, and will be going with a more professional espresso machine.

EDIT: In response to the comments below: The technician over the given phone number has tried to resolve it and concluded that I need to buy a new machine since it is purchased in 2021.

Interessant tilfældighed

Det er virkelig et interessant tilfælde, at vaskemaskinen gik i stykker to måneder efter, at garantiperioden var udløbet.

Udover det var prisen på reparationen så chokerende høj. Reparatøren har skiftet en lille komponent, der koster 1/3 af prisen på hele vaskemaskinen og med alle gebyrer og afgifter kom den endelige pris til at være mere end halvdelen af den nye vaskemaskine.

OK I guess I need to join the club of the cheated customers that have ordered from JD sports online and haven't received their order 2 weeks later. The customers service is giving a bleak answer and is basically there to bounce off your e-mails. Feeling cheated.

I received a voucher to start using…

I received a voucher to start using Google Ads, and just as many people here, I was scammed into spending 150 USD out of my own pocket before I can use the voucher. After 2 hours of chat with Google Support where they were calling out the opaquely defined fine print that never stated that you need to pay before you use your credit, I was trying to explain point by point why the "fine print" was not clear to a first time user and how I feel scammed into spending money where I did not expect to. But the operator was adamant about getting rid of me. He was not allowing me to speak to any other operator or his manager. What a disappointment for a company like Google to use this kind of tricks on their customers and having this low level of customer support.

A customer service nightmare

This airline has closed out all their customer support channels, not replying to form submissions and just sending unwanted vouchers that only postpone the refunds for 18 months. You don't want this in your life.

Just after our 2.5 year warranty period…

Just after our 2.5 year warranty period had expired, our chaise lounge sofa springs broke down and fell through. After we contacted the customer support they told us that this is a normal "wear and tear" of their products and that they cannot help us. For a product of their price, totally not worth it. I'd ather buy IKEA if I want to change a sofa every 2.5 years!

Beware of this yoga studio

Beware of this yoga studio. I fell to their trap of 1 month for 49 dkk. but if you don't like it and don't cancel on time, you must still pay for current month + 1 extra month. I had to pay them 950 dkk for 2 Yoga classes I went to, although I cancelled only 1 day after the trial period ended.

I am beyond myself with anger and disappointed and feel super cheated, thinking of all the things I could have done with my 950 dkk instead.

This card collects your shopping data…

This card collects your shopping data automatically, so if you want to have some privacy you need to log on to your settings and check the box "I don't want you to process my data..." The yearly fee is 295 dkk (40 eur), something that many other credit card vendors have dropped years ago. It took me around 2 years to collect enough points for a flight, for which I still need to pay airport taxes and fees. They charge 2% conversion fee for every transaction that you do in foreign currency. I don't think it pays off, so I stopped being their user.
