Completely useless

Completely useless.
I have tried now for 2 hours to redeem there advertised 250DKK gift after purchasing one of there machines.
Everytime I get to the payment page it says "something went wrong"
When I click on "contact us" it just loads the same page again. I can not fimd a contact and am simply diverted to "FAQ's" each time. Classic example of big conglomerate doing everything they can to cut costs. Customers really do just get in the way don't they!!!

Awful business practices, extremely disappointed!

Awful business, uncooperative, unwilling to take responsibility for their mistake.
I purchased a new coffee machine through Nespresso. I was offered a 1000DKK discount, distributed 4×250DKK over my next four coffee orders.
The discount code never arrived, and after pursuing this for several months, I have now been informed that this offer is only valid for coffee machines purchased from distributors. I purchased the machine from Nespresso in reliance on the 1000DKK discount and was never informed of this limitation. I even gave away my existing machine.
I have offered to compromise, for them to give me another discount or free capsules, and I am offered 2 packs of coffee (120DKK). They simply apologise for the mistake! DET ER SÅ FORKERT PÅ SÅ MANGE NIVEAUER! ! I am a 10+ year member at Ambassador level (many purchases).

Good while it lasted

Good while it lasted. It is my third year with Nespresso and their machine just died on me, a little over when the warranty expired. Just got off the phone with their technician who couldn't help me revive it. I don't think I will replace it with another Nespresso, and will be going with a more professional espresso machine.

EDIT: In response to the comments below: The technician over the given phone number has tried to resolve it and concluded that I need to buy a new machine since it is purchased in 2021.

Great service at nespresso.dk

Great service at nespresso.dk. Was a bit challenging to get in touch with the same service person as the system sends you back and forward, but eventually got my milk frother replaced as the old one was not working any longer. Fast response time, fast delivery. 5 star service.

The packkage was delivered 4 days late…

The packkage was delivered 4 days late inclding weekends. Maybe it was because the first time I bought their capsules, hope would be faster later.

The taste was not good

The taste was not good. Didnt like at all. We have the classic versioj at work and it was decent. Thinking this must be better than the classic one but that wasnt true. We have returned the device.

We are SWIFTAIR aircraft engineers team from CPH-airport - I'm eng.Hristo Dimitrov Stefanov, and my colleague is eng.Gabriel Disaga.
We are yours client from more that one year ago (one year and half)....and for our crew-members which fly here and out from here, we buy twice monthly common quantity around 20 big packs coffee capsules or more (once by every two weeks x10 big packs coffee-capsules min or more) ...
We bought also 2 coffee-machines for these big-diameter capsules and we use them in full capacity :)))
Our colleagues drink your coffee with pleasure and until we are based here in Copenhagen we will use your products and support until as the moment with pleasure...
