We don’t have a delivery code so the shop won’t release the package. Both of your companies customer service people are worse than useless. I’ve spent now over 3 hours on phone calls to try and resolve but getting nowhere. Cannot get through to the shop we purchased from. Will be asking for a full refund now. Shambolic.

Update I have already contacted customer services with no reply from them. Keep getting told we don’t need a code. It should be Dunelm that deals with this, not me.

Insoles eventually arrived. Tried them for a few days but they made no difference to my pain. I’ve asked via email 3 times for a refund and always got the generic “we’ll reply in 48 hours” still waiting for a reply over a week later Even though their website states a 90 day no quibble refund AVOID AVOID AVOID
Ordered 12th November and still not here, got email saying they would be delivered 26th November Sent messages through Facebook and email and got no response
Bought an eSIM for travel to Spain. Arrived and activated. eSIM didn’t work so I asked for a refund. This was initiated 27/06/25. Messaged today 05/07/25 asking for an update and was told they can’t see any refund request (I have screenshots). So they requested a new refund which will take a further 10 working days to process Now having a chat via email with them but getting nowhere
I have screenshots of all the chats but apparently they cannot open them, very convenient
Just had an email saying it’ll be 5-10 working days for the correct team to just contact me about the refund, not actually refunding

Been in a queue online now for 30 minutes to try and cancel my policy. Would rather just be able to phone and speak to someone
£60 cancellation fee applies, even though 1st direct debit hasn’t been paid yet And they can’t tell you there and then how much your final payment will be, you need to wait a few days

Spanish Grand Prix From booking to the actual event, all the staff were very helpful with any questions needing answered. Chris, Dan and James made the weekend one to remember, from arranging pick ups, meet-up for drinks on first night. Just wish they could keep up with us Scots when in the bar😂 Hats off also to the coach driver who had a nightmare on Saturday due to the traffic issues round the circuit. Was bought as a 50th birthday present to me and I thoroughly enjoyed the full package
