Apparently the Royal Mail attempted a delivery today 02/02/26 at 12.34pm, nobody was in!! Er yes I am, I finish work at 11am and was home by 11.10am. Not only that I have a dog a reactive dog, infact a rescue dog who's hearing is impeccable. No delivery was attempted. Royal Mail are such a big let down, why do companies use them, no reliability whatsoever. Just checked my camera outside, postman did not come to my address, however he did go to my nextdoor neighbour

Grubby pumps I ordered a pair of white pumps


I ordered a pair of white pumps, I received them last week (week commencing 12th of Jan 26). I was in a bit of a rush to leave the house so I quickly opened the box, they looked fine. I decided to wear them on Saturday the 17th of Jan. I took them out of the box and noticed just how grubby they really are. The souls are dirty, the inners dirty and there is a stain on one of the pumps laces. These had clearly not been checked out before sending them to me. I am very disappointed with the service. These pumps are clearly second hand

Second hand trainers

UPDATE 02/02/26 I ORIGINALLY ORDERED THE TRAINERS AS THEY WERE ON SALE, I RECEIVED THE TRAINERS GRUBBY, CLEARLY THEY HAD BEEN WORN, NOT JUST TRIED ON. I COMPLAINED ABOUT THE CONDITION OFF THEM. I KNOW THAT APPARENTLY PAVERS CANNOT ACCESS MY PHOTOS, HOWEVER GOOGLE AND AMAZON CAN, MAYBE PAVERS NEED TO EXPAND WHAT FILES THEY CAN RECEIVE. I HAVE ALREADY BEEN TOLD THAT THE TRAINERS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED, THEY DO NOT HAVE ANYMORE STOCK SO I AM PREPARED TO KEEP THEM, I AM HOPING I CAN WASH THE STAINS. I WILL NOT BE PURCHASING FROM PAVERS AGAIN.

I have no idea how to access livechat so I have sent an email to the helpdesk 26/2 waiting for a response. I find it amazing that Pavers cannot access my photos, Google can, Amazon can but Pavers cannot?

I am pleased that Pavers replied and I have sent photos, twice but apparently Pavers cannot access them, so where do we go from here?

Really disappointed with my new trainers, they are not new. I didn't really check them when delivered, just opened the box and they looked ok, howver just went to wear them today, they are grubby. Obviously someone wore then then returned them. Pavers should have checked these before sending them out to me. There is stain on the lace on the right hand trainer, the bottom of the soles are dirty. All In all they are grubby

Moonpig is my go to for last minute cards and pressies. I'm not particularly organised always forgetting to buy cards but Moonpig always get me out of trouble. Great choice, great cards oh and great delivery service. What's not too like!!

This is my ongoing experience

This is my ongoing experience. I have been struggling, the side effects are just too much for me to deal with. The headaches which wake me up, the nausea, being sick, the heartburn, the constipation. I know there are remedies that help but I do not want to keep taking medication for side effects, I have no energy, tired all the time. I have tried natural remedies but these do not appear to work so I have decided to come off Wygovy. I would rather be over weight than miserable. The Voy app has given me great dietary advice which I have taken on board and will continue to watch what I eat so I do believe this will help with my weight lose but no more Wygovy. I am tied into a six month contact which I do not agree with but I have to suck that up and deal with it. I have been off Wygovy now for just over a week and I feel so much better, more like me again. I have received my fourth order which I will not be using and of course I will have to pay and receive my fith and sixth orders but after that I will cancel my contract. I have enjoyed the experience but I should have read the small print, I would not have taken up a six month contact, fool that I am I thought it was a three month but hey we all live and learn. Good luck to everyone trying to lose weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle, its hard work.

App is good Not really happening for me

The site is great, easy to negotiate. Infact its easy to access help, assistance also step by step videos, even lists of side effects and how to deal with them, all in all it's a great site, however Wigovy is expensive. The first course I noticed a significant difference, I felt that Wigovy was really helping me, however I am now on my second course and feel nothing, the first course really did help my cravings for junk food, my second course doesn't seem to be giving me that little extra help I need. I have got tied in on a six month plan for some reason I thought it was three so I will see how things go, watch this space!!

FIND ANOTHER MOBILE AVOID SAMSUNG What customer service!!?

UPDATE This was ongoing, eventually I did have a gentleman contact me from Samsung, he kept me updated and arranged for my free watch. It took time and a lot of messages but I did find someone who could solve my issue, so I guess what I am saying is if you are unhappy and feel you have not been treated fairly keep going dont give up because eventually you will find someone who will do the very best they can to make things right

I RECEIVED A RESPONSE FROM SAMSUNG SUPPORT, WHAT SUPPORT!! NO COMMENT FROM SAMSUNG SUPPORT REGARDING LOGGING AN OFFICIAL COMPLAINT AND SURPRISE SURPRISE I CANNOT APPLY FOR MY FREE WATCH BECAUSE MY PURCHASE WAS ON THE 5THVOF SEPTEMBER. I HAVE BEEN APPLYING FOR THE WATCH SINCE THE 9TH OF SEPTEMBER!! purchased a new Samsung a Galaxy S25 128gb, via EE on the 5th of Sept 2025, I was told by EE I was entitled to a free watch which I would claim directly through Samsung. EE told me its a piece of cake all I have to do it send proof of purchase to Samsung and my IMEI number, a screen shot from my settings for the IMEI number. EE even provided the email address for me to send this info. A piece of cake!! Haha laughable. If you can be bothered to read my previous feedback you can see that Samsung customer services have replied, it all sounds good but don't be fooled. I tried the live chat and guess what I was transferred twice and still no watch. I even sent my proof of purchase and my screen shot of my IMEI number from my settings but not one person can sort this. I asked if I could raise a official complaint three times but each time my question was ignored. Words are cheap, they mean nothing unless you can back it up. I am entitled to a free watch from Samsung so do something constructive and sort this issue out. I have filled out rhe necessary forms from the addresses that you keep sending me, after four attempts and four refusals it wears you down, but maybe that's what Samsung want? Samsung want you to give up?

Amazing quality and price

Had a look in a few shops for lampshades, then remembered Wilco on line, so glad I did. Ended up spoilt for choice, ordered 5 lampshades, certainly not disappointed. Arrived quickly, packed well, the quality is great, the shade for the living room is so pretty very delicate pastel colours which reflect on the walls when the sun shines through the window. I do need another three more so will be back on line with Wilco

Nobody knows what they are doing

Absolutely abysmal service. I purchased a Samsung phone via EE I was told by EE I would receive a Samsung watch, free!! All I had to do was send proof of purchase, which EE provided, EE even provided the email address I had to send it too. I sent the proof of purchase to the Samsung address that EE provided. After two days I received an email from Samsung customer service stating I needed to send proof of purchase to another site, so needless to say I did this. After a week I received an email from Samsung telling me I needed to send my proof of purchase to another address, this I did. After a week I received another email from Samsung, yep you have guessed it with another address to send my proof of purchase to. After a week I received another, yes another email address from Samsung with another address I needed to send my proof of purchase to. A week later I received another email from Samsung with another address I needed to send my proof of purchase. After this email I lost the will to live. I did not send my proof of purchase to the fourth address. I know it did take me a while but I realised Samsung do not want to you to claim your free watch when you purchase a Samsung phone, its all just a ploy for you to purchase a Samsung phone. My advice do not believe the offers. UPDATE AS YOU CAN SEE SAMSUNG RESPONDED SO I DID WHAT WAS SUGGESTED AND GUESS WHAT, IT GOT ME NOWHERE!! ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS SERVICE, I ASKED IF I COULD LAUNCH A COMPLAINT THREE TIMES AND WAS IGNORED. I WENT FOR THE MESSAGE SERVICE AND WAS PASSED FROM PILLOW TO POST

Great service and any issues these are dealt with immediately

I just love this company, the app is so easy to navigate, no hidden extras, straight forward cover when you need it. I have had a couple of issues, nothing to do with Tempcover, one was my own fault. I explained the situation and it was immediately dealt with. The second issue was down to my bank, I thought this might be a difficult one to sort but how wrong was I!? Tempcover dealt with it, nothing seems too much for the Tempcover team. I have used Tempcover many times and I will continue to do so, life can be so complicated but Tempcover really do take the strain out of temporary insurance

I absolutely love this place

My husband introduced me to The Range, I originally come from High Wycombe but moved to Wales. The Range has opened my eyes. Such a wide range of products, great quality and reasonably priced. My daughter lives in Buckingham and is fortunate enough to live close to a Range. When I visit to see my daughter the Range is a must do!! We have pretty much decked her house out with the Range products, there really isn't much that the Range doesn't do. I really enjoy checking out the discounted products, who doesn't love a bargain!!

What a complete bunch of clowns!!

Shocking!! I bought a Samsung mobile via EE on the 5th of September. I was pleased to be told by EE I qualified for a all singing all dancing Samsung watch. I received the mobile but no watch so I rang EE who then told me I need to apply to Samsung directly for this, I wasn't told this when I placed my order via EE but EE told me it was easy!! All I had to do was send a proof of purchase to Samsung, EE even provided me with the email address to Samsung, so this I did on the 11th of September. I received a email from Samsung on the 14th of September stating I needed to send my application to a site which was included on the email, so I tried and it would not load so I sent another email stating the site would not load. I received another email on the 16th of September telling me to try again!! Surprise surprise it worked this time so I filled in the form attached the proof of purchase ect ect. I received acknowledgement of my application so all tickety boo!! Yesterday I received an email (24th of September) telling me I do not qualify, however I now need to apply to another site!! So I have now filled out another form with proof of purchase attached ect ect. It amazes me that I was clearly given the wrong information by EE however once contacting Samsung they gave me the wrong address themselves. Does the right hand know what the left hand is doing!? So third time lucky. I truly believe that companies give these "free items away" however they make it almost impossible to apply for. UPDATE!! AFTER THIRD ATTEMPT I HAVE BEEN TOLD I DO NOT QUALIFY, I HAVE BERN GIVEN ANOTHER ADDRESS I NEED TO APPLY TO, THIS WILL BE THE FORTH ADDRESS, WORDS FAIL ME AT THE TOTAL INCOMPETENCE THAT CLEARLY IS SAMSUNG, WHY ON EARTH DO PEOPLE BOTHER WHEN THE STAFF HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I WILL NOT BE BUYING ANOTHER SAMSUNG PHONE AGAIN

Manners cost nothing Popped down to my local Asda in…

Popped down to my local Asda in Caerphilly. My husband and I decided we would like a roast beef dinner this evening. Asda usually has a good selection of joints so off I go. Picked up other bits while I was there. I went for a large beef roasting joint which I was going to do in the slow cooker. Went onto the self check out, my potatoes would not go through so I had to beckon a young male shop assistant over. Clearly he wasn't happy, no smile, no good morning, infact nothing!! Off he went I scanned through the beef, I had messed up, it was too expensive, my fault completely, I miscalculated. I cancelled the item but of course when you come to pay the shop assistant has to officially cancel the item, so again he came over, I explained what I had done, I also said I was happy to put it back when I went to swap it for a smaller readying joint. No word of a lie, he said absolutely nothing!! Instead he picked up the joint of beet and walked off to two women shop assistants. I watched as he spoke to them, then all three just looked at me while continuing to talk. I felt like I was being judged, did they seriously think I was going to take the beef pretend to swap it and instead walk out without paying? The beef joint had a big bold security sticker on it!! I am 61, I have osteoarthritis in my knee, I need a new knee, I am not going to sprint through the exit/entrance, not only that Asda have a security guard sat at the exit/entrance. I did buy a smaller joint and went to the basket section so I could avoid the young male on the larger self checkout. Not too sure I will shop at Asda now, there are plenty more supermarkets, I will shop around

Update decided to pop in today 30/08/25 to give it another go, what a mistake, manners or lack of manners from some staff is absolutely shocking. Call it a moment of madness, I regret wasting my time popping in, walked out and did my shopping at Morrisons

Terrible provider

Terrible provider, I am struggling with finances/payment. All Ovo do is harangue you constantly ringing then of course the emails. I have sent Ovo several emails explaining my situation, if they bothered to look back on my history they can clearly see I am paying every month. I even sent Ovo an email with my payment plan, to pay off what I owe by August the 28th 2025 but still the phone calls and emails continue. I have tried to access the links they have sent me to set up a payment plan, surprise surprise these do not work

Absolutely abysmal avoid

Terrible service, order a regular prescription this will take 8 days, go into collect it, it's not ready or its not complete. The lady who is usually at the desk, is rude, no hello, please or thankyou. Unfortunately the lady does not understand English very well which makes for a very frustrating situation for both of us. I moved my prescription to Mayberrys years ago, great service and Mayberrys text you when your prescription is ready to collect. So glad my husband has seen sense and now uses Mayberrys too. Jhoots are poorly managed and this clearly shows
