I bought a football but when I picked it up it was not inflated. The website doesn't say anything about needing to buy a pump separately so I had to go on a wild goose chase and luckily a nearby bicycle shop helped me but the shape of the football is also a bit weird, not proper round, so all-in-all, it wasn't a good experience...

Terrible experience. First, I wasn't able to receive the verification text and the agent Nanna L couldn't tell me why so I deleted my account and opened a different one but then it said the 50% discount code couldn't be applied so I contacted them again but they just kept telling me there was nothing they could do and they just closed the chat. Finally I chatted with Klara K but she just did the same and that's a completely unprofessional and disrespectful way to treat a new customer who's having issues with what they offer. They are rude and they just don't care at all. Again, terrible experience and customer service!

I ordered a roll of duct tape and I picked it up, all good 👍

The signal receiver or remote doesn't seem to work that well at times and it doesn't work at all if I'm on the other side of the room which is not that far but other than that the lights look good and the delivery time was great.

Bring didn't notify the package was ready for pick up until Monday and the package arrived on Friday but I decided to stop by the package shop and ask, so I didn't have to wait.
