New home upgrades.

Having moved into a new home recently I’ve been changing door handles. I’ve ordered one three separate occasions each time delivery has been quick and convenient. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Handles4u and have recommended them to a friend who was having trouble finding a matching handle for a broken one.

Very good quick service

Very good quick service, very reasonable price, especially as we didn’t go for the usual white slats.
Make sure you measure to the millimetre as they are very precise with their sizes.
Look good and do away for the nets and curtains together.

Nice blind but arrived damaged.

Ordered an adjustable blackout blind for a bedroom. On arrival and inspection one end (the adjustable end) was broken rendering fitting impossible. Contacted the company but because it was at a weekend didn’t get a response for 48hrs. Had to photograph the damage and new ends were sent out. The blind as they correctly described was very easy to fit and does a very good job. I have no idea where the damage occurred as the delivery box showed no signs of mishandling.

Lauren and Ross handled our sale and purchase brilliantly. At a time when solicitors were under pressure to complete before stamp duty increased, our exchange and completion happened over 2 days Responses to emails was quick and any questions were answered promptly, sometimes out of work hours. Couldn’t empty the shopping basket.

Initially I was unable to edit my shopping basket but after using the chat facility and a phone call from a very nice lady called Wendy everything was quickly resolved. Seemingly I wasn’t the only customer this had happened to and the tech team were aware of the problem.

The engineer came quickly but couldn't fix problem as it was connected to boiler for which I did not have cover. Honeserve promised to return excess but to date have yet to check this.

The choice of meals is good but it is…

The choice of meals is good but it is annoying when you go to choose the next week’s meals and some are already sold out. I tried these meals under a Groupon offer which worked out quite cheaply. I have had cause to get in touch with customer service about missing ingredients and this week it was the meat of one of the recipes so a main ingredient! The packers should be more careful. Customer services are very good when you report missing items. All in all, the meals are tasty so far and I have been able to compare meals to another company. Will continue receiving them for a while.

Not quite the experience I had hoped for!

My rating was between two and three stars. The reason for this was my first pair that came was the wrong colour to that I ordered and was pictured on my order form. The company was very accommodating and asked me to choose another pair. This I did and used the My Mirror facility. I used the order number from there to advise customer services in an email and also stated the colour required. The second pair arrived but again was a different colour than I ordered. I used the live chat facility and the customer assistant agreed that the wrong order number for the glasses shown was used in the My Mirror facility. They then proceeded to tell me that I should have double checked on the main website. I had no reason to think the wrong number would be attached to the glasses shown. I got in touch with customer services via email and they basically said as it was a replacement for the first pair, there was nothing more they could do except I could send both pairs back and I could get a refund which is fair enough but as the company are in America, the post could be more trouble than they are worth so I will cut my losses. I had decided to order a cheap pair first to try the experience but will stick to buying in the UK in future. To be fair the company did try to rectify matters but if wrong order numbers are associated with pictures of different glasses, the customer will not get the glasses of their choice.

No gripes with the company

No gripes with the company. Ordering was simple and easy and we received the wallpaper before date estimated. Wallpaper (Arbol Striped Effect Heather Metallic wallpaper seemed to be of a lovely thick quality but once the paste was on the paper, it went very thin and creased easily. After a lot of swearing from husband doing the job, it is up and I am thankful that we only had one wall to do! We have a fairly small room and I don't think I would have liked all walls to have been papered.

Jaguar wiper blades.

I’ve tried all the major replacement brands, Bosch, Halfords ect and have found the Vipa blades to be the best in terms of price and quality. They are noise free and after nearly a year streak free so I bought a spare pair just in case of emergencies.

Give them a go!

My item originally out of stock so left my e-mail address for notification when it was back in stock. Once this was received, ordering was quick and easy. Order was delivered quicker than timespan given. Good website with lots of great items. Will order from them again in the future. The only thing I think could be improved is the cost of delivery which I thought was a little expensive. Would recommend this company without hesitation though.
