I called Mapfre 912747600 today 28th May. A lady called Sylvia answered the phone within minutes. My query was long and complicated but Sylvia dealt with it patiently and friendly and understood the complications perfectly. She conversed with a colleague about the situation and after checking the data on file arrived at a conclusion. If you have to call make sure you have all the information to hand...policy number, work carried out to date etc.
I am very impressed with the customer service dealt with in a friendly but professional manner.

Due to Covid we had to change the pick up day and pay a penalty to do this.
..Suitcase picked up on correct day and time by friendly young man .
We were advised step by step of the tracking and the case arrived early at it´s destination.
Due to Brexit the costs have increased considerably so may not use again but take case with us on flight .
As usual an excellent service but sadly no longer a cheap alternative as the company have to abide by regulations so have little control over cost.

The computers were down so unable to confirm quote and promised to call back as soon as computer was up. As promised they called back within 10 minutes with quote and discount. I am very happy with the customer service.

We had been putting off installing a relacement boiler ....not only for the expense but also to avoid the sales patter from visiting sales reps. My son-in-law contacted Boxt on Moday and we are now sitting , 2 days later , snuggly in our cosy apartment with our newly installed Worcester Bosch Greenstar25l Combi and the Honeywell Lyric WirelessSmart Thermosat. Our fitter , Harry , a delightful young man arrived with a smile ,on the dot at the appointed time of 07.30 and started to work whilst waiting for the delivery of the boiler , again it arrived promply,, at 08.30.
At 16.00, after several cups of tea and a few bisciuts the lovely Harry had completed the work and when he left you would never had noticed that he had been , so thorough was he at tidying up and cleaning . He flushed ( chemical I think) out the system and the gunge that came out was thick brown and inches thick .... horrible !.
Harry was also very patient explaining the benefits and workings of the wireless thermostat .
BOXT seem to have a winning formular. They are easy to deal with ,the price quoted is the price you will pay , no hidden extras and quick service .
I will certainly recommend them to everyone..

Delivered on time , in fact delivered earlier than scheduled date. Great service and will recommend.

I ordered 4 tops . ...2 have arrived and they are lovely designed , fit and quality. The 2 others will arrive in 20 days and I am looking forward to the same. Very good value for money and a nice change from the high street
designs.

As over 75's we found the process of getting our insurance policy without problems .
The instructions were clear and the whole process took no longer than 15 minutes .
