Something finally arrived after weeks of chasing. Several different versions of tracking. What has arrived is not an ios hdmi display adapter …but two bits of cheap plastic both with usb leads attached (one USB-A and one USB-C). There is no sign of any electronics inside the plastic case.

However well things are planned there is always scope for the unexpected to go wrong. The best judge of a company is how they sort it out when the worst happens. Our order was not delivered on time. Customer service sorted this and were on top of the problem from start to finish. Thankyou
No note to say where parcel is and we have not been able to find it. Hopefully a neighbour has taken it in. Tracking says left in front porch…..why leave in a fully visible place? Encourages theft and we have never designated it as a safe place.

Bought 15 sweet potato plants. 10 were good 5 were damaged in transit. Complained, with photos to customer service email address, and in spite of resending the email have had no response.
Note the email you are telling me to use is the one I sent the original message to twice…. Why should this be any different?

Monty loves their fish flavour food and eats all of it... unlike our experience with other brands. He has tried the other flavours and is not so keen, but their well designed web site and reminders make it easy to change each month's subscription. He is totally addicted to natralicks...... ..... and loves the advent calendar they sent which was a wonderful surprise.
Ordered 4 torches. 3 charging leads were faulty and one torches had a faulty charging led. Very unhappy with customer service who just seemed to drop the case. Very unlikely to buy from 7Day shop again

Monty loves this. From just eating the gravy from supermarket food he has progressed to leaving an empty plate. He is fitter, more affectionate and his coat is in much better condition.
Ordered the sample box…very dissapointed in the crisps, texture is hard, more like a cheese biscuit than a crisp and there is an underlying slightly burnt taste, whatever the billed flavour. Regrettably will not be ordering again.

Parcel was allegedly left at front door. It was not there when we got home. No note was left. What a stupid place to leave a parcel in plain sight
…. Update parcel eventually found, it was taken in by a neighbor concerned that it had been left in full view.
