Cancellation Issues...…
I have just read four pages of reviews from VM. there was one 5 star review - and this was a mistake cause the review was very negative.
I tried to cancel last month - so far I have been overcharged - and I have received about 30 what look like computer or child generated copy and paste replies that make no sense. No body seems to care. Worse than the NHS.
My advice - is to wait eight weeks and escalate - as it is complete waste of time trying to deal with this VM.

Please stop trying to sound professional. There is point contacting you (again). Your responses are child like and lack relevance.
I am advising everyone here to bypass your customer service - it does exist and escalate to the ombudsman. At least they care.

Every time I call up the VM person I am dealing with cannot resolve my complaint. I am counting the days until I can raise my issues with some one that be interested in helping me.

Another obstacle to getting medical helps
The system is only open for a few minutes each day - and then closes down. When you finally get through after a week of trying there are no appointments.
Complete waste of money - better to employ more Drs than waste money on useless IT.

Trying to make a simple appointment. Fill in 10 lines of silly questions - and then get back, a day later, an inappropriate response from, I presume, from a receptionist !
Best we go back to waiting 1 hour on the phone every morning.

GP replaced by a Robot
Access to my GP has been replaced with robot. Left a message this morning, and no reply today. Seems to be even worse than the phone system and crammed with restrictions making even harder to access my GP.
Completely useless and quite likely dangerous.

I have used this for a while now. The admin staff do not respond properly and complete requests before checking with patients. This means you have to start (not) competed requests all over again.
This system is not only very poor - it is being abused by the admin staff (just like the phone system). I have also noticed they reply at 1 or 2 minutes to 5 - just before the system switches off. That way you have to wait 24 hours to respond.
Far worse, it makes the above even more difficult to access proper healthcare, especially for the old and vulnerable.
