Terrible

Ordered some medication, delivery should have been a few days. After a week had an email to apologise for the delay, no reason given. Another week went by so phoned up, said they couldn't see a reason why it had not been sent out and they would send it same day. No despatch notification so phoned again the next day to be told it was actually out of stock this whole time! Was never told this so had to cancel the order and get elsewhere. Terrible service, would never use again.

Don't bother

Had a 3 month free trial that I totally forgot about. Had money taken without getting a reminder. Contacted them and they insisted they sent a reminder email. I have never received such an email otherwise I would have cancelled. They cannot (or won't) show me this email as they said it's auto generated. So how do they really know it was sent. Complete scam, my only advice to people signing up to the trial is make sure you put a reminder in your calendar to cancel as it's highly likely you won't get a reminder.

Edit: if you provided the evidence when I asked instead of lying and saying that wasn't possible I wouldn't have had to write this review. I didn't receive a reminder, whatever you say. Things do go astray, believe it or not. I don't like the insinuation that I'm lying and stand by this review.

I’m sorry you are unhappy with our renewal process. As advised in your correspondence with our Customer Service Team, you did sign up for a free trial, using your payment details. All payments have to be authorised, usually via your payment providers banking app. We have checked our systems and we sent all the relevant correspondence to you as per our terms. As we didn’t receive any communication that you wanted to cancel in your trial period, or you didn’t cancel via our app, you then entered your new membership term prompting the annual charge. We don’t usually send the details of our email systems to customers as these contain lots of coding and as the membership dates change so does the content. However, if you refer back to your case number with our CS Team, we have now provided you with the information to show that we have sent the initial confirmation email and subsequent reminder email to you reminding you that a payment was upcoming. We are sorry you are unhappy with the terms of the membership but trust we have addressed your concerns.

Never again!

Have just survived a Christmas weekend break to Weston Super Mare and Bath. Journey down was horrendous taking 9 hours! Left Sheffield just after 8, had to go to Barnsley and Leeds before heading south again. After being on the coach over 4 hours we'd got as far as Woodall Services just outside Sheffield. Ridiculous planning. The hotel was the Grand Atlantic which was awful and wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. Didn't get the welcome drink and mince pie, no turkey for the Christmas dinner, water pipes bursting and flooding one of our rooms. Manager unhelpful and left 2 of our party in reception for 2 hours in their pyjamas. Fire alarms going off, was like an episode of Fawlty Towers. Only good thing about the trip was our driver Nick who was excellent. Will never use Shearings again, badly organised and poor choice of hotel.

Absolute rubbish

Absolute rubbish. First one that came didn't work properly, water spraying at all angles. Sent replacement and was exactly the same. Managed to get a refund of £10, so not completely out of pocket. Avoid.
