Once again the parcel was left outside the door without the door bell being rung. There was a parcel to collect as well as a delivery and so because of this the collection was not achieved. This means that I will have to arrange another collection. So far EVRI is not as good as Hermes. Very disappointing.

The parcel came on time and the courier rang the doorbell to let me know it was at the door. This may seem silly but it is often the case that you realise the parcel has arrived only when you get an email. The courier does not ring the bell!
