It's simply CONTEMPT!!! In Spain Avatel merged or assimilated Telplay of which we have been clients for over 10 years. Today's liss of service resulted in the managetial staff of the 3 closest branchrs.just shutting down incoming calls so one is krot in ignorance. One can only assume that Germany has a more robust & customer focussed Complaint mechanism. Spain still has.no appreciable Complaint mechanism for anything in reality including it's Healthcare System.
22 years here and no real changes.
