More or less from the beginning they are taking the money on different dates of each month. In January 2026 2nd and 30th. Written an email to CC 7 days ago. Not a word from them. The silence of the guilty... Is Germany totally going tits up or the famous German precision has left the chat for good?
Today I am writing a Compliment about Tango's Customer Service.
There is a Godsent lady working there a true hidden diamond! She has the professionalism to defuse a ticking nuclear level client ready to explode for a major error comitted by someone else. ( Cancelling a line without prior notice or call )
She has saved the disconnected lifeline and restored the service to my son. All parents knows that feeling when cannot reach the kiddo...
At least someone who listened which is A breath of fresh air nowadays.

This nearly in monopol position service provider is like our eu comissioner, doing what they want! I have written and requested that part of the service of my plan to be cancelled. Ignored! Written again, this time addressed to their unknown noname CEO. 2 months later a very brief email stating that my case is under investigation... When they state ohh wecalled you its a ring then immediately hung up. Not a chance to pick the call up. And they are still fraudulently charging! Please Avoid making new contract with these conplacent crooks! They treat foreigners like shit! Only a million workers travels every day to make sure the wheel keeps grinding yet still abusing them! Disgusted! Update...they are worried about these reviews. Their fast action is the following: I have asked to cancel part of tge contract. As a Vengeange the cancelled the whole contract! Complacent incompetent I.D.I.O.T.S.
I wanted to buy an Ice coffee. Indicated price 2.25€ at the till 3.90€ Complained,they said ohh we wrongly placed the item on the shelf. I said EU law says that the indicated price is the selling price. They said no such law. Ok then you keep your coffee. They did! 15 mins later I get the text from bank 3.9 charged. They did not cancel the transaction. Complaned online. Well nobody feaking bothers to reply! 3 weeks now they ignore a customer complaint. Pretty dirty little crooks are the belgian staffers! Naturaly the manager is not in, never in. So delhaize stick it up to yours!
Update 16/07/24: My exremely kind boss took his time to veryfy and reinstate my access to the fraudsters. He has spoken to both mafia the Bank who enforced on us customers this sidekick luxtrust scam. Video verification 20€ Bank verification would cost 47€! Once you got robbed at daylight by the verification all you get is we will be in touch within 24 hours. No, they do not provide you access immediately but taking your money straight away! Organised rip off crime within Luxembourg! 🤮🤮🤮 20€/5 minutes Imagine the money the steal from hundreds of thousands of Luxembourg bank customers. DigitalEuro will steal our money faster than the public thinks...
The beginning of misery mid 2024. Changed password. Then their own system did not recognize the new password which have been comfirmed by the system. OMG! I have complained and complained. Still until today access partially restdicted on the account. Spuerkees got no time for their customer to sort this out!!! Understaffed. The need to get stuffed! This is a digital mafia! Wait til digital Euro kicks in! We might have no access to our own money... Go on holiday card will not work. Token worked without issue for 20 years. After the upgrage both of our sim cards were knocked off from the network. They advised do this do that to reset the service. One card works the other sim is hijacked by orange F. Nothing to do with those french lot. Their technical advise is to buy a new phone 🤪 absolute incompetent idiots! Now I will cancel both contracts and see how it goes after reading other reviews saying that what a scam company it is.. I can now confirm that they will not acknowledge any cancellation. 30 mins over the phone and all discussions what was done is being scammed into a sim 24 contract without my consent. The man asked me to log into the online account of Handyvertrage and directed us over sim 24 pages from one account to another. So they have access to all service provider's account! You can not trust these people it is a bonded mafia! Same as the highly trained asian bank account scum. Anything in Germany which contains 24.de or 365.de etc are all a scam! By the way they can use our bank accounts freely. The only way out is to move out from Germoney... I am bloodline origin from Germany my name is therefore german and now after 6 years I am ashamed of it! Go to the police 🤣🤣🤣 they will not help! Maybe a lawyer but can you trus them?

Miserable customer management at the end of contract. Ackbowledged our termination of contract. Forgot to send return label for router! They charge router rental even after I have complained. Agent promised to cancel the rental free and yet they still debit the money! Now I am going to be very rude towards German businessses. Lately you are just as trustworthy as the word of your chancellor!! Shame on you Telekom!
I have been with ostrom for 2 years. All was ok until January when they made a disgusting move. Sent me a letter that my new monthly tariff will be 82 euros. Next month pushed this up to 106euros! Given me a whol lot of gibberish explanations... The other issue is that I have recommended someone and they verified the contract but forgot to give me my 50€ referral bonus! Complained but all I got in reply is a big silence of the gulty! Looks like that the person I referred will not get any bonus either! Yep, I left them! They are exactly like german politicians! Promises and endless lies!!! Update: They have now paid me my bonus. Unfortunate that wheels starts to turn only when customers go public... Thank you for being there Trustpilot!

The promised internet speed 100Mbps sysnc was only true for a few days after the connection day. No engineer came no info of being connected. 20/03/25 Complain is not being taken seriously. Customer care only replies 5 days later with a copy paste call us email. Current internet speed is being measured and documented.. We wait 2 more weeks if no improvement then contract will be cancelled. This company reflects the current state of Germany. Lies deception and incompetence! Avoid at all cost if you can. They are in monopoly at our village and they abuse it to the maximum. They should be banned as internet provider!!!
Update: CC agent advised how to carry out a professionally done speed test. Unfortunately it is extremely difficult when the lights are all green on the router but test says no internet connection!! This is just getting worse... 01/04/25 worst joke ever for April's fool day.

As a seurity provider, very low level of customer care! Functionality even below that! Initiated a password change'for my own safety' but the process failed by not even receiving the text message with the code. Anything goes bad customer have to wait 12 hours to retry. Registering was a nightmare!! Bank customers can not do anything without these amateurs! If you go abroad and try to initiate what you need your IP address is suspicious and you can get blocked! Brave new digital world! One click and you are financially dead! In a country known for its banking... Update: Get a load of this BS!!! To change passw finally got Sms. Yet this is not good enough. Must scan some QR code. BUT one can only scan the QRcode once logged into the app! I can not log in without password! Therefore can not change password and now can not buy anything online. Absolute IDIOTS are handling our safety and money!!!
I have been with Tango since 2003. In recent years they became unreliable. They do charge 8€ for an excess of 500Mb. Apparently they sent a warning of internet data limit usage on the 14th of February 80% used. Approx 400Mb left. Then peculiarly on the last day of the month 28th February at 6pm the data limit has been breached with 2Mb... Last year they did this when it has been proved that their system is unreliable and data count is incorrect! Well they are loosing now 3 contracts as soon as possible! There is no more trust left in me towards Tango S.A. Luxemburg
Update: Now they are requesting data to review the case... Nr 1574076. I have purchased exclusively a software regarding last year's event. Their system and the consuption never correct but I do not care as long as there is no excess. Also those warning texts never really come through swiftly. Now with 80% data usage it sould be instant! We have emails too wich travels faster then sms. Data usage stoping service cost money too! Price rise info never came along. When prices gone up they give nothing in exchage. Update: Actually they did investigate the matter and as a goodwill gesture good deal has been offered. After all they wa na keep those contacts...

Band of incompetente unhelpful people! Unable to comminicate unwilling to help. 5 years customer with them. All monthly debits taken correctly. Last final debit not taken. These people should be banned from financial activities! They are playing with customers like toys.
I have purchazed a Zen package. They have overcharged me with 500euros for a Service what had to be free at 30.000km. They did not refund the money! Gave me a voucher for further use once warranty is over! Criminals or incompetents You decide!
I have been with these lot for 19 years now. They level of customer care is degrading year by year. Online security became questionable. Today started early 4am. Wanted to withdraw cash at their ATM. Did not succeed. Complained via email as at 4am none of them works naturally why would they... Not a word of apology! Here is their customer care level. As for the technical issue the 19/01/2025 morning my experience was with the same result...so I call it BS! Any normal company would fire an employee straight away for an attitude like Mr Bastian I believe.

Update 01.11.24 The most peculiar event. Yesterday afternoon someone rung the bell. We got down and found the tyres ordered just dropped. No labels no packaging nothing. No signature required. Foreign white van seen at the end of the street. All this at the signature verification process with Gls... Very fishy! Anyways first and last purchase with these alle reifen 365 lot! Never again!
After using them for a year or so finally I decided that I will look for another provider if any. Their packaging is so lousy that the last 3 orders were damaged. Ordered wallpapers and they came in a plastic bag...damaged to death! Also the quality of products are more and more faulty. Cheap chinese crap! Update: as you all can see the best Temu can do is to provide a copy paste response...They arw so up with themselves that ohh we refund you ohe we want to help. I repeat this was the third order in a row which went tits up! I would love to upload picfures as of how products arrived lately!

Ich möchte die Leitung von Norma Deutschland darüber informieren, dass bei der Handhabung von gekühltem Hähnchenfleisch in Ihrer Lieferorganisation etwas nicht stimmt!
