Terrible to no service

Just got a sim and so far it’s been awful. The ID process was impossible and rude. The customer service around the delay in my process exceptionally rude, I was shouted at. And now I have 35G of data apparently but no network. I can’t even send a WhatsApp.

Let’s see how much they’ll shout at me on the phone for asking why my data plan doesn’t work. It’s ridiculous.

Horrible customer service - Rude and discriminatory agents (VideoIdent)

I recently tried to activate a SIM card with sim24, and it has been the worst experience ever. During the VideoIdent process, the agent (Ginger Brown Hair old Woman) was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and judgmental.
Instead of helping me with a minor naming issue on the contract, she treated me with total disrespect just because I am still learning German. She was extremely impatient and ended up hanging up on me while I was still talking, leaving my entire activation process frozen. Now I can’t even access or change my data, and my process is stuck.
I am deeply disappointed with this discriminatory treatment. If you are an expat or don't speak perfect German yet, stay away from this company. They don't care about their customers and the staff is simply unacceptable.

Hidden Fees and horrible Customer Service

I was a Customer with them over a year. I went on a vacation and turned my phone into flight modus / wifi. They want to charge me 50€ now even though no service was used at any point. I even had proof that my phone was in flightmodus the whole time. I received some automated answer, and after I said that this had customer service experience and scammy behavior I will look for a new phone plan myself. Their next email was a cancellation of my contract WHICH I NEVER ASKED FOR. Don’t use sim24 if you dont wanna end up paying endless hiddens fees. Bad customer service. I will keep the cancellation and go somewhere else.

On top: You are constantly unable to reach an actual service agent. Their website claims Mo-Friday 8-22. It’s 2pm now and I’m getting a message that I am contacting them outside of service hours.

The contract was finalized quickly

The contract was finalized quickly, however, sim24 simply moved the stated start date forward by two months and diligently debited the payment. My fourth message regarding this matter was also answered completely irrelevantly!

The sim card does not work

The sim card does not work, nowhere in Germany, but in Portugal ( my other home but have to use local sim and number there) it works?!?! ridiculous. I have sim24 for Germany. Let s see if i manage to cancel them. What a scam.

Worst telecom service provider

This sim service provider belongs to the same company (Drillisch Gmbh) that operates sim.de. They are a shady company that misleads its customers. I chose their monthly contract, but they signed me up for a two-year contract instead. When I attempted to contact their customer care, they were completely unhelpful. In the past year, this company has defrauded me out of over 400 Euros without providing proper transparency about their policies.

Poor Service and Devistating Poor Customer Service Representative

I made every attempt to contact customer service to express my concern for my telephone bill. I have never experience such deplorable attitude and competance of anyone working at customer service since today.
Afterwards, I read reviews concerning this service. I want to say that I agree on all fronts of all those who gave a one star rating and definately agree on all negative narratives that were written about their customer service. My agreement is based upon my own experience with their customer service reps.

The absolute worst possible experience…

The absolute worst possible experience I've ever had with a cell phone provider anywhere in the universe, believe me people. I hope someone reads this. I'm not a big complainer, believe me. This company, which I've canceled twice, keeps on sending me invoices for services I never received from a Sim card that was never unlocked. Shame on them. SHAME, SHAME, SHAME. What a SCAM. UN GODDAM BELIEVABLE THAT SOMETHING LIKE THIS STILL EXISTS. SHAME.

I am extremely disappointed with the…

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by sim24.de. From the beginning, I have faced incorrect charges, hidden fees, and a complete lack of transparency in their billing. Despite repeated attempts, they have failed to cancel my contract as requested, causing unnecessary frustration and financial loss.

Their customer care is one of the worst I have ever experienced. No one takes responsibility for resolving issues. They do not properly respond to questions, and they have never once called back to clarify or resolve any concern. It feels like the entire support system is designed to avoid helping customers.

Overall, this has been a pathetic experience, unprofessional, careless, and misleading. I would strongly advise others to stay away from sim24.de if they value honesty and proper customer service.

CONSIDER THIS 1-STAR RATING AS A WARNING TO NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE.

veray bad experience. if you don't know the german language, please please not choose this sim card. very bad experience. customer service is big zero. very bad behaviour. if you're trying to speak german language, they cut the phone call . actually, i did apply for port my number . Terrible customer experience

Terrible. Don´t recommend at all.
I have been abroad and tried to use the sim and it did not work. Passing 30 min after I had turned on (still in the airport) They told me I had used all the data available and they charged me 50 euro. I contested but nobody replied. Tried to get in contact by phone but nobody answered the calls. After one month they discounted 72 euros from my bank account. Thanks to my bank I could get the money back, but if depended on them, I would never.

Bad customer service

The coverage is very bad and this is normal in Germany since the most of the telecommunication companies have very bad network coverage. But what makes SIM24 worse is there customer service. Their website is in English and when I called them because the officer told she doesn't speak English and then she hunged up the call without saying bye and she didn't even bothered herself to try to understand what I need

Mafia! Handyvertrag Sim24 etc...


Mafia! Technical incompetence useless CC
Handyvertrag.de have recently upgraded their system. I have explicitly refused the upgrage upfront in writing They do not care.
After the upgrage both of our sim cards were knocked off from the network. They advised do this do that to reset the service. One card works the other sim is hijacked by orange F. Nothing to do with those french lot. Their technical advise is to buy a new phone 🤪 absolute incompetent idiots!
Now I will cancel both contracts and see how it goes after reading other reviews saying that what a scam company it is..
I can now confirm that they will not acknowledge any cancellation. 30 mins over the phone and all discussions what was done is being scammed into a sim 24 contract without my consent. The man asked me to log into the online account of Handyvertrage and directed us over sim 24 pages from one account to another.
So they have access to all service provider's account! You can not trust these people it is a bonded mafia! Same as the highly trained asian bank account scum.
Anything in Germany which contains 24.de or 365.de etc are all a scam! By the way they can use our bank accounts freely. The only way out is to move out from Germoney... I am bloodline origin from Germany my name is therefore german and now after 6 years I am ashamed of it!
Go to the police 🤣🤣🤣 they will not help! Maybe a lawyer but can you trus them?
