Go Fund is the worst site Ive ever tried to use

What a nightmare. I’ve been trying to upload my government ID for two hours, and your site is impossible. Even taking a perfect picture with my friend’s brand-new iPhone, it still wouldn’t accept it. I’m an animal rescue service, and I really needed to get started, but your customer service was worse than I expected—basically nonexistent. I have two sick animals that need help, and you’ve made it almost impossible. I had to go somewhere else. Seriously, use something other than Stripe, because I won’t be using your service again.

BBB is a joke

I wish I could give one star, what a joke Koho let a fraudster scam my account then they change my email. to a compromised email. BBB did nothing its a joke seriouls why even have them they did nothing. patheic. They don't intervien they say nothing and do nothing. Its just a open foreum for people to talk. Seriously shut them down if they have no function.

So Koho allowed someone to open a line…

Koho let someone open a line of credit through my prepaid Koho card account, and the worst part is it didn’t even show up on my dashboard as one of my products. It feels like they deliberately hid it from me. Are they working with scammers? It sure looks that way. When I threatened legal action, they demanded I send ID online, even though I’d already provided my photo ID when I opened the account. They sided with the fraudster, then blocked my account until I proved my identity again. How can someone steal your identity and the company back them up? Thankfully, my lawyer is on it now because this is just wrong. All I get are copy-paste emails that never address me personally. They refuse to send me an audit trail, even though I’m the one who opened the account. I just want to know why that line of credit never showed on my dashboard. I’m still waiting on a $62 fraudulent charge to be refunded, which an agent promised but never delivered. Don’t trust these people—they make things easy for scammers and hard for cardholders seeking justice. They want you to give up, but not this time. Koho is allowed someone to take a credit card out in my name

I’ve had a long-standing issue with Koho. I’ve always used their prepaid card because my credit score was too low for most companies to offer me a card—below 400, in fact. After filing for bankruptcy, things seemed fine until I noticed a $900+ bill on my Equifax report from a Koho unsecured credit card. Apparently, someone contacted Koho online pretending to be me and started making payments. Now Koho refuses to speak with me, I’m banned from chat, and there’s no phone number to call. It’s still affecting my credit score, and no one will give me any information. Don’t use Koho—they seem to allow scammers to steal, with charges like $5 here, $10 there, $62 for some store in India, even though I live in Canada. I never got any of that money back. They also charge high monthly fees for services that don’t help your credit, and they’re not accredited with the Better Business Bureau. Now I’ll have to get legal help just to remove a fraudulent mark from my credit score. Koho simply doesn’t care.

Koho is a scam

I have serious health issues that require my medications. When attempting to use my new KOHO card, it was declined seven times despite having sufficient funds. This is not the first time I have experienced such an issue. As a result, I am forced to endure another night without my necessary medication, which causes significant hardship. I believe this situation reflects extremely poor service on KOHO’s part. They do not even have a two-star rating. It is concerning that many service agents seem unable to communicate effectively in English, appear indifferent to their responsibilities, and sometimes end calls when unable to resolve issues. This situation is unacceptable, and it seems unlikely that anyone from Koho will address these concerns, indicating little regard for customer feedback or low ratings. Furthermore, the longer they hold on to clients' funds, the more interest they accrue, generating billions in fees alone.

This company is a scam

UPDATE
They stole 30$ from my bank account yesterday. Then told me its my banks fault, then its interact. I can file a report about the missing money, its still pending aparently.
This company is a scam. Their customer service agents don't speak english properly and you can't get an actual answer when you talk to them. I won a bonus collected then they froze my rewards points saying I was cheating the system? how does one cheat the rewards system? We pay money to this casino, our money, as we do this we collect points which can be redeemed on the site. So as soon as I won they suspended my points. The only way I can use them is to put more of my money into their site. I have asked for my account to be deleted and they refuse. In order to get my rewards they expect me to put in large amounts of my money. What a scam. Awful awful casino. They don't care about the people that pay their wages. The customer service agents are rude and lack communication skills. My question is why do you take peoples money with no problem. You never ask for verification of deposits into your casino. But give people totally run aaround on withdrawls. So you trust our accounts to TAKE money but don't trust our accounts to return our winnings? There needs to be harsher laws to protect players. This is the worst casino site I've ever delt with. The temporary suspension of my points has no reached almost 5 months. So in order to gain access to my points which I earned by spending money at this casino, won't be made available unless I spend large amounts of my own funds. Thats their exact words. It took two months and 12 different agents to finally tell me the truth. I have sent over 20 emails to support and got NONE back, no emails no contact. Casinos should not be permitted to treat their players this way. again we pay your wage, we make the owners of these casinos rich. Some respect would be nice.
If I could give a zero I would. I suppose I shouldnt be shocked as they are an India based company. Half the scammers out there are from india. This is just another way for them to steal from people.

I am so sick of covid being an excuse…

I am so sick of covid being an excuse to not to your jobs Tangerine. 3 weeks now I've tried to contact your company about a lost or stolen card. I have no access to my money thanks. I have to transfer money to my partner just to pay my damn bills. Its bullcrap. I trust your company and this is how you treat clients. As soon as I can speak to a person. I am closing all of my accounts. If I could give you less then a star I would. I laugh as I say this. hello stolen or lost card. Anyone could have it. Thanks FOR CARING. AND DOUNG YOUR JOBS. NOT

The best survey site

The best survey site, I get tons and its so easy to collect points fast. I have recieved many online gift cards and they come in handy for someone on a fixed income. I can always go for coffee with a friend or see a movie, it gives me a lot more freedom financially when all my treats and gift cards take the brunt of my shopping, not my credit card!
