Problem with two conflicting accounts
I had a problem with two accounts which needed sorting out and I was unable to resolve myself. I tried send the chat and the AI robot quickly put me in touch with a human! Luis was just fantastic - helpful and supportive- and sorted things out late into the evening so I could launch the platform to deadline. Really appreciated the help - thanks again Luis!

Of my experience is really good I had to update a phone number and I had changed my checking account to a different bank and was having some trouble with that and Gabrielle was emailing me a quickly I thought it might take a few days but we got it figured out I gave her some screenshots so she knew what I was dealing with and gave me an alternative solution so everything I've done with GoFundMe has been great.

I had a very good experience with the help from an actual human that I got from GoFundMe. I had to first go through the AI chatbot, which I don't like, but the chatbot did pass me to a human, and this person was excellent and helped me do the thing that I was trying to do with my fundraiser (add in an offline donation).
So far, my experience hosting a fundraiser on GoFundMe has been very positive.

I found it difficult to navigate my go fund me account.
I lost some serious time trying to find the transfer section on my GoFundMe project. I admit I’m not tech savvy, but I spent 10 or 15 minutes with one of your representatives texting back-and-forth to try to find it. I sent him two or three screenshots and still he couldn’t lead me to it. I’m sure it wasn’t his fault. He was very helpful. But it was just too difficult for me and I was losing time. So next time I need to do a fundraiser I’ll look for another company.

I don't use phone and social media platforms.
Today I tried to launch my project, unfortunately I couldn't.
I was told because I am in Argentina at the moment and Argentina isn't supported by GoFundMe I can't launch my project.
Maybe GoFundMe team can find a solution for people like me who don't use social media and phone.
Also the ones who are living in supported countries, while traveling outside of supported countries still can launch their products.
The cover photo and images in general are often cut in an inconvenient way. Title could cover the important part of images like faces.
Will be helpful if there is more options for layout and images.
