I have no idea. I got a weird email saying my order was cancelled but my money was not returned. I emailed the company to request an answer and asking them to refund my money. I received no response. That was a week ago. Writing off as a very mistake on my part and I will not be dealing with Stationery Pal again.

My experience this time was just ordering really. The ordering process is great. In the past though I have ordered from Stationery Pal and they are fantastic. Their products are as described and their kits/bundles exceed expectations. It takes a while to get to me, but this company is fantastic.

Stationery Pal is simply the best. Wonderful quality for all of their products and they never disappoint. Thank you Stationery Pal for the incredible products and super service. Love you lots.

I can't even begin to explain what an incredible value JamPlay is. I recommend it to anyone who will listen to me. I absolutely have loved every teacher I have learned from - including the amazing live sessions. Thank you for being there. I have learned and am continuing to learn so much.

I used Luminar 3 together with my Lightroom 5 and have now upgraded to Luminar 4. I find Luminar 4 to be absolutely fantastic and far more powerful than Lightroom 5 so Luminar 4 is going to be my go to for my photography. The support is awesome, the video tutorials are pretty decent and the product itself is incredible. One of the (many) things that I love about Luminar too, is that it is a stand alone product. I intensely dislike the "subscription" based services such as some of Skylum's competitors have (for many reasons). So -- HUGE THANK YOU for keeping this a stand alone product Skylum. While the AI features are absolutely amazing and save time, DIY addicts can still do all the work themselves if they want. The AI is absolutely remarkable. So, as for me ... you folks have done an amazing job and you get me 3/4 of the way there. You have cut my post-editing time 80% with better results than I have ever achieved on my own. For the 20% extra I might like to do, you have all of the features I need to work with. Thank you many times over for your incredible product and thank you to Ken Schultz who pointed me to your company.
