Brilliant Service

I’ve been with PrepayPower for a few years now and I genuinely love them. Their service has always been brilliant, they’re easy to get hold of, and whenever there’s an issue, it’s dealt with quickly and helpfully.

They may be a bit more expensive than some other electricity providers, but not receiving a hefty bill every two months makes it completely worth it. Knowing exactly what you’re spending takes away so much stress.

I also have my prepay oil with them, which has been great. It really gives you room to breathe without worrying about large, upfront payments. For peace of mind and excellent customer service, I honestly can’t fault them.

Zooplus used to be amazing

Zooplus used to be amazing — fast processing and reliable delivery — which is why I’ve been a loyal customer for years. Unfortunately, my last few orders have taken over a week just to process before even being shipped.
This is really stressful as my elderly cat relies on his specific food, which isn’t available in Ireland. The tracking information hasn’t been very clear, and GLS in Ireland has proven to be quite unreliable.

It’s a real pity because Zooplus offers such a fantastic range of products at good prices. I really wish they would improve their processing times or, at the very least, clearly communicate when orders are delayed so customers can plan ahead.

My Sky stopped working last night

My Sky stopped working last night. Trying to contact them today but there is absolutely no way of calling them. Their website keeps sending me round in circles with the questions, of which none have the answer to fix my problem. I will definitely be cancelling my service. There was a time you could always get hold of them if you had technical difficulties. Terrible customer service

My bill is higher than normal this…

My bill is higher than normal this month, and there is no way to get hold of anyone at EIR unless you have time to hang on the phone for over 45 minutes!! Chatting online is useless, as they can't assist you with that issue!! Useless customer service!

Zero stars!

Zero stars!! Not a UK company!! I ordered a medical device for someone very sick, I thought ordering from the UK would be quicker...

Only when I contacted them to cancel my order as it was taking far too long to even ship, 2 seconds later I got an email stating my package has been shipped from China!!

I paid extra for tracking too, but the tracking makes no sense at all... I contacted them again, and no response!!

My order was placed on the 13th of February 2020...

This definitely seems to be a scam company, stay away!!
