Great product but shipment delays and poor communication

Ordered on 5th Dec, stated was out for delivery on the 11th December with Royal Mail 48hr delivery. It’s now 22nd December and they have still not arrived. There is no tracking provided or proof the item has been delivered.

EDITED TO ADD: the items have now arrived (23rd Dec), much later than anticipated but are here. Wish communication could have been better regarding delays but happy with the product and relieved it has arrived before Christmas

3 weeks later and still waiting for my refund

Very disappointed in lack of refund after numerous occasions of me chasing for an order that was never even delivered as out of stock.
I brought my item on the 5th January. After chasing a week later to find out when it would be dispatched i was told that in fact it was out of stock (despite me never being emailed about this).
I requested a refund straight away on the 11th January and nearly 3 weeks later I am still awaiting it, despite me politely chasing them numerous times via telephone and email.
It’s not acceptable to take money from a client when an item is out of stock to begin with and even if problems like this occur, it should have been dealt with straight away.

Very disappointed in customer service

Very disappointed in customer service.
When I placed my order on the 6th April on their website they were staying an additional 2 working days for dispatch and then possible delivery delays, which of course I fully understood given the COVD19 situation.

However...I did not receive an email regarding shipment of my order until 10 days later. Further to this massive increase in delay from the apparent 2 days on their website to actually 8 (working days) the tracking number was wrong and didn’t match my name or address.

I have chased them with emails 4 times now and heard NO response. I fully accepted that their would be delays but it has been 2 weeks now since I placed my order and I have had no contact about where it is or if it has even been shipped yet. It is not the delay I am angry about but more the lack of communication.
