Item sent appeared a different colour to the one advertised on the website. Grey not blue. Told I would have to pay a £4 delivery charge for the return after many emails trying to resolve even tho the item was not as described. Did try and resolve before writing this review but after many emails I am still unsatisfied.

As previously explained, slight colour variations may occur due to several factors. These can include the professional lighting and editing used during product photography, as well as the display settings on individual devices, such as phones, tablets, or monitors, which can affect how colours appear. While we always aim to represent our products as accurately as possible, these factors can occasionally result in minor differences between the actual item and how it appears online. As also mentioned in our previous correspondence, we do not offer free returns, and return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. Again, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Great deal but stung by a large delivery fee when voucher was redeemed.

Card was excellent but customer service left a lot to be desired. Ordered the card and selected the in the post today option. Card was not dispatched until day after and still awaiting a further reply from customer services after 4 days
