Megan was very understanding and helpful. I was having a difficult time with my veterinarian’s new prescription company. I thought I was going to have a difficult time processing my claims since they couldn’t give me the receipts the way I thought they were supposed to be. Megan explained everything to me and assured me that the receipt was acceptable. She put my mind at ease. Thank you so much!

I called and spoke to Samantha. I had several things I wanted to discuss and she was very patient polite and pleasant. The best thing was that I didn’t have to repeat anything that I mentioned to her. Unfortunately,sometimes you have to do that and it makes you feel like people are not paying attention. This was not the case with her even though I threw a lot of information at her. She is a pleasure to work with and a definite asset to your company. Please give her the recognition she deserves. I called and spoke to Mindy for help processing a claim for my dog Stacks. She fixed the issue I was having and we got it entered into the system. She figured out there was some kind of glitch in the system. She was also going to refer the problem to the proper department to fix the glitch. I stayed to take the survey, but it kept asking me to press 1 to accept the questions. I did that 3 times and then it said thank you for participating.I never got to answer the questions and 1 is the worst rating, so I wanted to make sure that the 1 wasn’t what registered because her service was great! Later I called back and spoke to Emmalee. She was also very helpful and pleasant. We discussed the survey and a couple more problems I had after speaking to Mindy. She agreed to refer it to the necessary departments to fix the issues/glitches. I appreciate both their help very much!

I called a couple of days ago with a question and called today with a different question. I got the same representative both times. Her name is Tracy. She is amazing! She is so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She made the conversation easy and pleasant! I also spoke to her supervisor named Don. What a pleasure to speak with him also! He thanked me for taking the time to give Tracy a commendation. I appreciated both of them very much.

Anna Walatt was amazing! I had spoken to a few representatives to discuss different aspects of the same issue. My questions got answers but I didn’t have complete confidence in them. However, when I got Anna she was much more pleasant. I went over all the information I was previously given. She was extremely patient,knowledgeable and personable. She even went out of her way and did something extra that none of the others offered. Please acknowledge her great customer service by placing a commendation in her records. She is definitely a great asset to your company!
