I'm really surprised by these positive…

I'm really surprised by these positive reviews, to be honest. I really wanted to like the toilet roll but it's thin and no where near the quality of even own brand paper. At ~£1 a roll, I can't justify the expense. Especially when you can get 18 for £6-7 in supermarkets. Kitchen roll is better that the loo roll but still expensive for what it is.

The worst company I've ever had the…

The worst company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Every interaction has been with a bot. Either sent round in circles within the app or automated/ AI response that is either so generic it infuriating or simply doesn't relate to my last comment. "They" have decided to refunded me an arbitrary (and unfair) amount and won't explain why and are now simply ignoring my messages. Appalling.

Poor, as usual

Delayed by over a week, tracking information incorrect- showing as due to be delivered in a timeframe had passed! I received a "your item has been delivered" email before it was delivered, had a knock at the door to find my parcels left on the step and the driver speeding off into the distance. Just poor overall, as is usual from Evri

I usually avoid companies that use them…

I usually avoid companies that use this terrible delivery company. Tracking has shown delivery as "delayed" for 4 days now. No way to speak to someone, even the company I've ordered from are struggling to get any information. How they still exist and how companies still use them is beyond me.

Probably the most frustrating company…

Probably the most frustrating company to have to deal with if anything goes wrong. Every "help" channel try you're met with useless bots, with no way of getting a ticket/ case raised for when they are unable to help, which appears to be any time I've needed to get in touch. No idea where my parcel is, said it would be delivered yesterday and no update on the tracking app since Sunday.

Order elsewhere

Ordered a printer over a week ago, still says on site "24-48 hour delivery", but took over a week and when it did finally arrive (following two phone calls to their CS team) the glass was smashed to bits. There is no way of contacting them over the weekend. After having been on hold for 25 minutes, was told they had to send the photos to the warehouse to see what to do. 4 days on and 2 emails requesting an update later, they still have my money and I still only have a smashed printer. Just not worth the hassle.

Instead of writing a generic reply, had you checked your records you would have seen my emails and calls so far this week. Let's see what tomorrow brings...
