Still waiting for my delivery!!!

No delivery yet! Been over a week and always some excuse is given. This is the third time we've had problems - first 2 times with a Canadian online company and this time via Amazon. Two hours spent on the phone with their Customer 'Service' which is always pleasant but useless. Company used to be called Intelcom - changed their name to Dragonfly, with no improvement. To be AVOIDED!

33 years with Scotiabank--from decent to deplorable

33 years with Scotiabank, and it's gone from decent to deplorable!
- Hard to deal with any issue that may arise, large or small, as all branch calls are immediately forwarded to their Canadian national call center, where polite agents seem to be helpful, but nothing is actually resolved;
- Rude employees at our local Canadian branch.
- Local Canadian branch staff continues to make errors and not take responsibility for them.

We are/have been moving our banking business from Scotiabank, closing accounts as necessary, and encourage our children to do the same.
