This is my second review of this company, Wowcher, which unfortunately didn't get published. I bought a shed and paid for it, but they didn't send me my product. I emailed them three times and they never responded. I searched and found out that I have to pay £18 per month for redem, which I don't agree with. I asked them to refund my money, but they still didn't do it. I'm really desperate and confused, what should I do?order number is 50553128

Redeeming membership fee

I have been looking to buy a plastic garden storage box for a few days now, which I bought from your site. I waited a week but I still haven't received my item. I emailed and no one answered. I searched your site and found that I have to redeem and pay a monthly membership fee of £18. I don't want to do this. Please either refund my money or send me the item. I am really confused why I have to pay a membership fee for a purchase. Order number 50553128

Please use the below, and this will guide you to complete the delivery;
Wowcher sells vouchers that can be exchanged with the merchant for a product or service. Once the
deal closes customers receive their Wowcher via email (your Wowchers can also be accessed in your
Wowcher account under the “My Account” section).
To use your Wowcher simply follow the steps below:
1. Log into your account (www.Wowcher.co.uk/login).
2. Click on "My Account" in the top right hand corner of the screen.
3. Once in your account you will see your purchased Wowcher(s).
4. Next to each Wowcher is a “View” button which can be used to open the Wowcher.
5. Specific redemption instructions are shown on each Wowcher under the heading HOW TO REDEEM.
Please be aware the Wowcher code is case sensitive and needs to be entered exactly as it appears.
6. You need to redeem your Wowcher if you have not already done so and enter your delivery details to
receive delivery of your order. You must do this before the expiry date printed on your Wowcher.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. They told me to be home by 2-4 but it was 11am and I wasn't there. I cancelled all my classes but still couldn't make it. I called a guy named Adam and he said the time we said was approximate and you have to be home whole day. Damn you with this crappy service.

Scam company

My car wouldn't start for a week and the mechanic said it was a key problem. I called this company and they said you have to pay 150£ first and they will come to you. After an hour, their employee came without the slightest experience or expertise and said I can do anything and left. I called several times to get my money back but they never answered. It is not recommended under any circumstances and this is a scam company and not a business.

Very bad experience and never recommend to anybody.They charge my account £3.45 for just £1000 deposit.
They charge my account without any notice.
I called to the customer service and they were very rude.

Fraud company and service and costumer services are rubbish.very very bad experience and never recommended.

The worst experience ever

The worst experience ever. Very very bad costumer service and poor service.
Connection and bar is nothing.
I lost my SIM card I asked them for replacement after one week they sent wrong SIM card.All the operator are impolite and rude.Vodafone isn’t network company It is scam company.never recommended and I just count days for finish my contract.
