Disappointed
I paid 115.00euro for a parcel i was told it would take 4/5 days its been 9 days because where it's going is the 4th today and finally they are delivering it today very disappointed and been ripped off with the amount i paid
Superb service with Christmas Eve delivery
DHL express delivered a very valuable item today. Its Christmas Eve and I didnt expect it delivered today.
Map and real time tracking was spot on.

They're inflexible
They're inflexible, don't engage with the customer, and don't try to find a solution. There's a problem with tracking and delivery notifications.
Feel like crying
Feel like crying. I am desperate. Didn’t know a courier of packages could cause so much desperation. I feel nothing but hate because of DHL’s inferiority and incapability of delivering packages properly.
Horrible customer service
I contacted the eDHL service to make a complaint about where they delivered a package, which was directly in the wheel alignment of where I park my vehicle as I enter the garage. Nothing would have detected the package because it was not large
And it was dark upon arriving home. I have not heard from them and it has been over five days. Because of the carelessness and neglect (front door was a mere 15’ away) the entire package of $159 worth of items are damaged beyond use.
Always delays
Everytime I have to ship something, the deliver is delayed of AT LEAST 1 day. With these prices I pretend the shipment arriving on time.
Worst shipping company ever tried (and I did it many times because my company uses it, unluckily).
Just avoid
Just avoid, can’t upload a photo unfortunately how they delivered a parcel to safe place, literally left it at front doors of the building!!! An if merchants, companies can’t make a simple due diligence and offer alternative to DHL, I’m going to blacklist them as well.
First time trying it out
Looks decent... for now. The package did take one day to arrive, but it did come later in the day. The only thing I'm kind of concerned about is how the.. vehicle looked like. It was literally just a rundown, white van. I don't think that's a good choice for a company vehicle but each to their own. The delivery driver was friendly and professional. I hope that a van like that is not going to show up again, it was really strange and creepy.
Absolutely rubbish
Absolutely rubbish. Twice arranged for a collection with stated time slot. Failed to attend on both occasions. Phoned them twice, pathetic response stating they were in my area at a time other than the requested time. No apology . Stated time slots are not guaranteed, so why have them? How these companies continue to trade is beyond me, as bad as Evri. Avoid at all costs.

If there was a zero rating it would deserve minus 100% rating. Certainly the worst delivery service I have ever had the unfortunate experience of using. Absolutely no way to contact them by phone, only a “chat service” which is worse than useless. I’m surprised major firms like Apple still use them.
On Friday 19th I was due to have a new Iphone delivered. It was due to be delivered between 13.45 and 14.45. I paid a housekeeper to wait in. By 18.00 it had not arrived so she left. An attempted delivery was made at 18.25 approx and despite asking the driver ( through our doorbell system) to deliver to next door, he could not as it needed a signature ! He assured me it would be delivered next day, Saturday. Apparently this was too much for DHL.
On Monday it was due to be delivered and I tracked it online. I was 73rd in line at 10.10am. At about 12.30pm the driver was on his way to delivery 72. At 15.30, driver was still on his way to delivery 72 ! At 15.30 my delivery was next. At 16.44 my delivery was “apparently delivered” at this time, but I was in a room directly looking at the entrance to my property and despite there being no doorbell ring, nor did any CCTV evidence show that anyone entered my property at 16.44 DHL apparently think there was an attempt to deliver, I have irrefutable evidence that there was NO attempted delivery.
My guess is that the driver was behind schedule and simply reported an attempt or was at the wrong address .
Also they never respond to reviews, cleary an admission that they agree with their poor standards.
Personally i would NEVER use them. Clearly 90% of reviewers agree.
PS. Some hours later after this review, a photo was sent confirming delivery. It was of a house about 350 yards away from my house, but not a single apology !!
Believe it or not, delivery was next day and after waiting up until midnight I gave up. Strangely on the following day it was still showing “to be delivered Tuesday at midday” despite this being Wednesday!!! Quite extraordinary.
Steer clear absolutely TERRIBLE 😡
Absolutely Terrible service These Gangsters. Promoted next day delivery to Germany. I paid and lost a Multimillion Pound investment as my prototypes never made it on time to the purchaser. NEVER USE THESE LIARS THEY CANNOT DELIVER ON TIME AND WILL CAUSE BUSINESS LOSSES ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE COMPANY.

My own "express” enlightenment:
Day 1–2: Drop off package for "1-day delivery". Nobody at the service point. Second attempt works. Package still not picked up until the end of the second working day - The show alreay began to unfold.
Day 3–5: Promised contact for customs clearance. No one calls. I call them. Told to send a one-line email despite of my clear doubt stated that they may need more info, but yeah insisted on "that's enough!" Next day: “problem.” and " we will reach out". Silence. Call again, rude answer, different requirement. Why not say this in the first place?
Day 6–9: Finally, package released after €30 ransom for my used 5-year-old glasses. Already nine days in.
Day 10: “Wrong address.” No call, no explanation. Delivery delayed again.
Day 11: At last, package delivered-not to my address, not to the Packstation I chose, but to some random box 3.7 km away. Genius.
This, ladies and gentlemen, is DHL “Express.” Eleven days of comedy that no playwright could invent. A company that charges a premium for performance theatre, not logistics.
Conclusion:
1) For me DHL is finished, I don't care if you care.
2) I will advise everyone I know to avoid your circus as long as dignity permits.
3) Not out of pique, but out of principle.
Because every euro paid to DHL is a vote for incompetence, disrespect and scammy mediocrity to prevail in society. And that, simply, is intolerable.
DHL, thank you for the absurd circus. And for everything else, my most elegant: FFFF Y!
Worse experience ever
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a recent delivery handled by your service, with tracking number 00340434739367659650
The delivery was mishandled in several significant ways:
The parcel was delivered to the wrong address, despite the correct address being provided.
The delivery person refused to deliver the package to my correct address and instead rerouted it to a pickup point.
I am a person with a disability, and the delivery person categorically refused to bring the package to my apartment. This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of regard for customers with special needs.
When DHL PAKET contacted by phone to resolve this issue, the representative was highly unprofessional and impolite, showing no willingness to help.
This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and reflects very poorly on DHL PAKET service standards.
The refusal to accommodate a person with a disability is particularly appalling.
Zero Privacy
I bought some SEX TOY on a platform from Germany. Once it arrived in Italy they opened it and they put the duck tape REPACKED. They also put a new label for the shipping from the Italian Headquarters to my address. That's unbelievable. The privacy in non-existent!!!
8th day of waiting urgently needed…
8th day of waiting urgently needed documents from the UK to Barcelona. All the calls answered by people who are lying and promising same thing. Can’t imagine that this trash is happening for ridiculous 140 euros of charge!
Hidden fees and expensive shipping
The shipping fees were unexpectedly high and extra charges appeared without clear explanation.
Poor delivery placement
Noone even called me to confirm the delivery I just got notified via email that delivery will be today. If they did I would let them know to leave it at the neighbours. We don't have DHL service point in Måløy. We were away from the house whole day and we came back my box with Starlink was infront of the house door for everyone to take it and noone would even know.
WORST Customer experience
WORST Customer experience, WORST tracing department, WORST courier service.
It has taken two weeks to have something sent from UK to Portugal. NOBODY at DHL can tell me why a parcel is being held in Portugal, had to hire a clearance agent. Now trying to get the parcel back with promises of someone contacting me, that's a joke - I have had to follow up and follow up and follow up. BEST part is that we have to pay to have the parcel returned.
My customer date of experience started on the 30th of July and is still ongoing on the 08th of August.
AVOID using this company for courier!!
