I’ve had a £700 Tui refund sent on 17th dec 25 which has never arrived. Tui have said the refund was processed and sent but it never came. After backing and forwarding I got a arn number to give to my bank. The bank said they’d look into it after saying they’ll have to do a deep dive which will take 5 days. Nearly 2 weeks later I rang up only to be told there is no record of the phone call and no record of other bank departments looking into it. Had to start all over again to be told the exact same thing and now it’s nearly 2 weeks again with not reply (was told both times I would get a call AND text to tell of progress). Now I need to know where to go from here as my bank can’t find it and to be honest, just kept fobbing me off and I’m starting to get very angry about this. DO NOT bank with tsb, the don’t know what they’re doing. And also, getting someone foreign on the end of the line every single time don’t not help at all when they’re struggling to understand english

I am having an absolute nightmare trying to get my refund back. They say it was processed on the 17th dec but I’m still owed £700 and it’s just back and forward with the same questions. I’ve offered to send bank statements to prove it hasn’t been refunded back into my account but the just changed the conversation. I already had another holiday booked with them but immediately cancelled it and will never book with them again. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Just an update on my order. Was the third time I was told I'd get delivery and on a sunday, I wasn't expecting anything and had citizens advice and trading standards ready. But low and behold. Its arrived, lovely quality, exactly like the pics on site so as much as I had my wee boiled for weeks getting fobbed of, it's finally came. I still wouldn't order from these people again, been a nightmare from start to finish!!! And to top it off, they said if I give them a tenna they would carry it into the sitting room?? You can only guess my response the cheeky b******ds!

Absolutely shocking service. I've had to take the day off work to wait for my settee arriving that I've been waiting 3 weeks for. Had no contact saying what time it was coming. Had to ring up and was told that's it will definitely be here by 5pm. Finally managed to get through to delivery company at 4:30pm and was told that they had forgot to load the settee onto the van!? Surely they count how many loads they have and do a check list??? To make matters worst, they didn't even bother to let me know. I've lost a days wages and now been told it will come 'sometime' next week which will see me lose another day's wage...that's 2! The customer service was absolutely shocking and I want some kind of compensation for this disgraceful service! Do NOT buy from this company!!!!!!

Quick, easy. Extremely helpful staff . If the option isn't exactly to your desire, you will be offered more to meet your needs. I now have my car and its the best car I've had in 23 years of driving. Cannot be happier! Massive thank you to Nicole, my assigned manager who found my car, she was so helpful and patient. Excellent service! Highly recommended

So easy, we were sorting my car and finance through WhatsApp messages at first as I was at work on nightshift then through calls when I was off. My designated manager Nicole was lovely and extremely helpful and also very quick with replies to any questions I had. Highly recommend (even for people like me with extremely poor credit rating). I pick up my Kia Sportage tomorrow, can't wait!

I had yet ANOTHER unexpected vet bill and missed my payment date this morning, I got in touch straight away and explained that I'd be a week late. In no time at all I had a replay saying that my payment date has been moved to the 15th (when I said I could pay) and there would be no fee or mark on my credit score. Brilliant! I expected a late fee but this is fantastic by them and it just goes to show.....never just ignore a problem, they're there to help you in any way the can. Thank you 'The Money Platform' for your 1st class customer service!
