Amanda was a great help in reviewing my current coverage and extending the same coverage to my new cat. They worked quickly, were friendly and knowledgeable, making the interaction smooth and addressed all my concerns.

They never specify if event time is doors open or event start and it's not consistent across events.

They occasionally reschedule or relocate events without alerting ticket holders. I have missed acts before from them rescheduling an hour earlier without alert.

The app crashes after logging in forcing you to reopen the app and navigate to the relevant section.

The tickets often don't load in the app forcing you to try multiple times before being presented with the option to transfer out to a third party wallet.

Event genres are often miscategorized in the app making finding upcoming events impossible.

There is no review process if checking out using paypal (unlike with a credit card).

There are far too many extra fees that result in prices being advertised erroneously low. The fees also scale with ticket price instead of with infrastructure use (i.e. remaining constant because the service is constant) indicating that it isn't actually for service or processing, but for gouging profits.

You are not permitted to purchase 2 seats in a group of 3 available seats, but this restriction is not revealed until you are ready to checkout.

Overall Ticketmaster has abused their market dominance to extract more money from event goers while providing a frustrating and broken experience on one of the worst websites and apps (which is required) I've had the displeasure of using.

Event holders are complicit in this and are generally happy to let Ticketmaster take the blame for their shady practices and abusive positions.
