Completely unusable from day one – worst decision to switch provider
This has been an extremely frustrating experience from the very first day.
We activated Oister Home Internet (5G) on January 11, 2026, and the service has been completely unusable from day one. Despite following all recommendations, the connection does not work as advertised or promised during the sales process.
We performed multiple speed and stability tests throughout the day. Results fluctuate heavily and, most critically, the upload speed dropped to 0 Mbps in the latest test. With 0 Mbps upload, the connection is effectively broken: no streaming, no work platforms, no online gaming, and even basic browsing fails.
To rule out any user-side issues:
The modem is placed directly at a window, literally against the glass
Devices are in the same room or only one wall away
Still, phones and TV fail to connect or constantly disconnect
At this point, I am forced to use my iPhone’s 5G connection (Norlys) just to send emails and leave this review, because Oister’s home internet does not work at all.
Support and communication are equally disappointing:
There is no functional email contact
It is impossible to call support on a Sunday
The sales representative promised to be a direct contact, but the email address provided does not even accept incoming messages
As a result, we already lost one full day of service and one day of the 14-day withdrawal period, without having a working connection or proper support. This feels deeply unfair.
We were also scheduled to move four mobile phone lines to Oister shortly, but after this experience, we have completely lost confidence.
In short:
The service does not work, does not match what is advertised, and the support structure is inadequate when problems arise. This has been, without exaggeration, the worst decision to switch provider.

Stay away from this company! After canceling all my subscriptions, Telmore decided they had to charge me for something I already paid for! Now I have a debt collection agency trying to charge me for something I already paid for. You try to contact Telmore, and they say they can't do anything!

I've had several purchasing opportunities with them, and I didn't waste them.
I bought two high-end Scott bikes, which always delivered as agreed! On time and under the agreed-upon conditions. Their employees' customer service is always excellent. I'd like to give them 5 stars, but since they left Nordea Finance and started working with Sparxpress, I haven't been able to finance another bike with them.

Stay away from this shopping site! They're a scam! You make the purchase, they withdraw your money from your bank account, and the order isn't shipped! It's been 4 days and the order still isn't on its way! The positive reviews you have here are bought! I have no doubt about it! They don't respond to complaints, they have no direct contact with customers! Now I wonder, where has my money been these last 4 days? And where will it be in the next few days since my order hasn't shipped yet? A COMPLETE SCAM! THEY SHOULD BE DELETED!

the worst experience in 10 years
After taking an online interview, describing all my experience, skills, and certifications, after struggling to get an available shift, they called me to start working during the weekends in a specific job. My surprise was that when I arrived, the job was completely different! When I complained about this over the phone, telling them that I was leaving because it was not what was agreed, the very arrogant supervisor began to speak to me in a very loud tone telling me that I could not leave because it would be breaking the agreement with her client... but she never understood that ProfilMatch was breaking the contract we had signed in the first place. I recommend by any means NOT to take jobs that were not agreed upon, not to let yourself be intimidated by anyone, always make sure that time is respected. I will delete my profile and report it if necessary.

They contacted me in July 2024 giving me the best conditions and promotions. With great coverage and reducing the total cost of the telephone lines for the whole family and the internet service that we have in our home.
By telephone communication it was agreed that the Simcards would be delivered and that on September 1st we could place our new Telmore Simcards and they would work automatically, since we would be in Spain but the seller said that there would be NO problem.
ALL THIS DID NOT HAPPEN! We have been without telephone lines for 4 days, we are incommunicado!
I called Telmore's customer service number, they told me that I had to "pay" in advance! Something that the seller never mentioned in the deal! But our nightmare is not over yet... we have paid absolutely everything, but we still have no service!
TELMORE is a complete SCAM! I will return to Denmark and change to another company again! It's no use saving 200dkk if the service doesn't work, it's throwing 1200dkk away per month.
