Prompt polite pleasant service in Glostrup store. I had a problem with a mis-thread on the pedal. It was a wet miserable day and the woman mechanic was polite, measured and positive reassuring my doubts and worries as I still had 8k ride ahead of me.

Very poor service
Very poor service; unprofessional. My bike was there for 10 days and it could not get fixed. Once they get the bike in they call you for a price update, which turned to be 3 times more of what I was initially told. I refused to pay that much and picked the bike up later that day. However I decided to leave it there because they decided to mantain the inital price. After 10 days the bike was still not repared because the pieces never arrived. Avoid this place. It is a waste and money.

I had a problem with my cycle and was struggling to fix my cycle tube. Mr. Carl has helped me a lot fixing it in just 20-30 minutes. He is very helpful. May God bless him a lot in his future endeavors.

Poor customer service and lack of responsibility
I had a very disappointing experience with
Storegade 36, 6700 Esbjerg, branch.
I left my bike for repair almost one month ago and was told it would take about three weeks. When I went back, they informed me that the wrong part had been ordered. The staff even said they “cannot check whether an order is correct or not.”
Meanwhile, my bike was kept outside in the rain and sun for weeks and is now rusty. In the four years I have owned this bicycle, I have never left it uncovered — until now, due to this situation.
This is unprofessional, irresponsible, and far below the service I expected when I chose to buy my bike at Fri Bike Shop.

They take advantage whenever they can
I have been 3 times to buy accessories and get my bike serviced. Everytime they say that the option I want to go for is not possible for my bike, and they suggest an expensive one (but I kept going as I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt). When you show them it is indeed possible, then they will let you go for it. When asking for an accessory, they only show the most expensive type, and you have to explicitly ask for a cheaper one. Labour charge is unreasonably high. They won't tell you how much it will be beforehand. They take 20 minutes of labour to replace a tire, while it takes 5-10 minutes at the most. A few days ago, I wanted my tire replaced (I had the other one replaced a few months before) and I also wanted to buy a klickfix and basket. I asked for the prices and left the basket to them since they were going to replace the tire anyway. Little did I know that they would charge me different prices for the two accessories (assembling more expensive types) and, most of all, for labour to assemble the basket! 25 minutes were counted towards it, more than to replace the tire! Never in my life had I to pay for an accessory that I buy in store, to have it mounted on my bike. But also, they should have told me in advance and show me the costs and prices. I find it very dishonest. It takes 5 minutes to screw a couple of bolts, which I would easily done myself, had I known that!

Came in to get my bike switched out and got a very good and detailed descriptions of the bikes I could pick from.
Service was fantastic. The manager of the store had a good personality and was great to talk with. I arrived at around 17:00 and the store closes at 17:30 but there was no rush. He took his time to show me around and helped with anything needed that I ended up leaving the store after closing hours at around 17:40.
Absolutely fantastic service. Both from the Manager and the Co-worker that was there that day. Couldn't wish for anything else. Thank you!

I've had several purchasing opportunities with them, and I didn't waste them.
I bought two high-end Scott bikes, which always delivered as agreed! On time and under the agreed-upon conditions. Their employees' customer service is always excellent. I'd like to give them 5 stars, but since they left Nordea Finance and started working with Sparxpress, I haven't been able to finance another bike with them.

Thank you for getting my mum's bike back on the road. The hanger on the derailleur was bent. You didn't have the replacement part but were able to bend it back into shape and have the bike ready that afternoon. We greatly appreciate your expertise and understanding. Without your help we'd have been stuck with no way of continuing our tour. Lifesaver. I highly recommend Fri Bikeshop.

Fri plus Profile delted
I bough a (used) electric bike which have had "fri plus" until 2 August 2025 [3 year warranty and 3 yearly service]. When I got to local shop for service they said that the bike is deleted from their database and no service covered. The original owner paid the full price on purchase and "fri plus" profile was created (which is basically a complementary service). Now they can see why and when the bike is deleted from the database. Really disappointed with this service.
