Terrible experience on the 2:15 PM flight from Bratislava to Naples on January 3, 2026. A steward arrogantly kept telling us to put our backpacks under the seats, even though we'd pointed out that, as we were traveling with an infant, we had four backpacks and only three seats. The worst was when he began forcefully pulling jackets from the overhead bins, causing them to fall on everyone's heads. He even showed no respect for our one-year-old, who was hit on the head by the entire family's heavy jackets. Shame!
