My daughter bought a Mac book which was listed as in very good condition. But it never worked properly and quickly overheated. When it got stuck in a reboot loop we took it to Apple for support.
When they opened the MacBook they found that it didn't contain Apple parts, it had been spray painted to hide scratches and cables inside had been damaged making repair impossible.
Back market denied causing the damage in the Apple report and have refused to refund us saying we caused the damage. Do not trust this company.

My main gripe is that if I’m locked out of my phone it’s practically impossible to get help. As a metal member one of the attractions is getting that help from a human. The chat bot takes you in circles each time telling you to log into your phone or confirm your identity using your phone so without a phone it’s impossible. I’d like the reassurance of an emergency number I can ring and verity myself.

Great location, easy to find, easy entry, exit and just a short walk into the centre. Many thanks
