I am so frustrated that I cannot get…

I am so frustrated that I cannot get support in cancelling my account. I have been charged monthly and their website doesn't make it obvious how to end recurring billing. When trying to reach someone the only person I can get is someone in sales who cannot help. They email a long set of directions to cancel the account! I had to cancel my card to stop the charges! Terrible customer service! I will NEVER use them again!

Texting with a real person was helpful

I ran into difficulty because I didn't think the description of how to set it up was very clear when it involved having a beneficiary. I had to reach customer support and liked having a real person to chat with. This solved the problem.
