My canvas arrived with two critical, objective defects:

1. Slant: The image is mounted crooked on the frame (see proof photo with ruler). Impossible to hang straight.
2. Faded & Blurry: Print quality is very poor. Colors are washed out with no depth, and resolution is low, making details soft.

This is a clear failure in both assembly and core printing quality. The product is unusable and does not match what was advertised.

Conclusion: I have requested a full refund and will not accept a replacement, as these fundamental flaws destroy my confidence in their production process.

Just bought a smart watch from Queensway location. Used / Damaged product was repacked and sold as new. It did not even turn on. I contacted the manufacturer head office. They needed the serial number etc. They wrote back to me. " We understand you purchase this item few days ago, but it apperas that warranty started in 2024 which means you are sold used or test device." A seems new watch, out of the box, expired warrantly. What kind of business person does such act and call it proudly Canadian. This is an insult.

FAKE products. You can not return once you open the box and test it. They last for an hour or so. Do not waste your money here. The 5 stars are paid participants not purchasers. Trust me, just touch the package sealing foil before you open so you can return them before making my mistake.
