I need e a different lens in each eye, a varifocal in one and single vision in the other. I had seen a pair of glasses that I wanted and my usual opticians didn’t stock them. I decided to use lensology to reglaze based on the reviews. I have over the years ended up with glasses that for whatever reason haven’t been suitable so I was reluctant to change to a new company. I needn’t have worried it was an easy process with good communication throughout, flexible to my specific needs and very reasonably priced. I don’t hesitate to recommend and would plan to use them again.

I ordered a hoodie from this company. When the item arrived it was nothing like the image or description and really poor quality material. I emailed to make a return, the response advised me to return at my cost to China! Or accept a 10% refund. I objected and pointed at that the “about us” page would lead you to think the company was UK based as it shows a Covent Garden address. I was then offered 20%. I believe the website is misleading. The quality of the item I received was poor. I would not recommend
