Brandon took the time to go over the problem carefully with me and forwarded a bulletin to explain how to fix the problem. Having pictures to review helped both myself and the repairman. Due to the ice build up it was a lot more difficult and took a lot longer to disassemble the unit and put it back together than anticipated. I am not sure that what we were able to do fixed the problem. I will say, along with many other people, that Samsung did not engineer this ice maker well. Just Answer was very knowledgeable.
