Your CHAT is the only chat I have ever been on that was actually helpful, and functional. Your technicians have the patience of saints. Totally appreciate them working with me, when I am not technically at genius level. They did an excellent Job. Appreciated that they stayed on the line with me as I ran around doing what I was told EXCELLENT!!! I was disappointed that hours after writing this glowing reviewthat I was asked for a tip for the technician who did such a great job helping me. I think his company should pay him a good wage so that such a message isn't necessary.
