The ring arrived in a plastic pouch without any supporting documentation. I reached out to customer support twice and have yet to hear back. I had purchased from clean origin years ago and it was a wonderful experience. This one not so much.

All of our jewelry is shipped in a jewelry box with protective packaging ; we do not ship orders in plastic pouches. We carefully document our fulfillment process, and our records confirm your order was packaged according to our standard procedures.
Regarding documentation, the item selected is not listed as a certified piece on our product page. We are always transparent about which diamonds include third-party certification, and certification details are clearly noted when applicable. Our team responded via email to clarify this as well.
