Hmmm i absolutely get and resonate with that so much. The first thing to remember though is that we're always shifting every second. Every choice you make results in shifting and that happens naturally. Meaning that whether you're consciously shifting or not, you're never in one fixed reality just similar realities back to back.

However, reality in general is completely malleable and YOUU choose how things happen. YOU make the rules and YOU are the creator so manifesting can work however you want it to!! So if you want it to happen in "this" reality and assume it will, then it ought to work that way because at the end of the day, there's no rules to manifesting.

hii! I’ve been trying to get into the void state for a while now, and I’ve always been unsuccessful but the past two times I’ve actually tried, I feel like I’ve gotten really close. I’m just not sure what I’m doing “wrong” at the end. I know there’s no one right way to enter the void since it’s different for everyone, but I was hoping someone could help me figure out what I might be missing.

Here’s what usually happens: I lay down and focus on the black behind my eyes until I can’t really feel my body anymore. I start zoning out, and I feel this sinking sensation, like my body’s being pulled down. Then my hearing starts to change it’s kind of like that fuzzy, static feeling you get right before you pass out. I can still hear things, like the fan in the background or subtle noises in my room, but it’s muffled and distant, like 50% of my hearing is just gone. Around the same time, my body feels really light, like I’m floating or being pulled down just for a second or two.

In those few seconds, I affirm things like “I am in the void” and “I am pure consciousness,” but I still don’t enter the void. I genuinely don’t know what I’m doing wrong. Is there something I’m missing? I’d really appreciate any advice.

Hey love! First of all, you're not doing anything wrong!! The fact that you feel really close shows that you're on the right track so let's keep that in mind.

However, it sounds like you may be drifting in and out of the void state which happens and i completely get how frustrating it can be.

My advice is for you to try incorporate the distraction method which I'll link here and try not to focus on entering the void but accepting it. Like accepting that you're already in it and remaining calm. So once you start drifting in and out just enjoy the moment there and think about how grateful and happy you are to finally be in which will help your mind stay cemented in the void state.

Even if it feels like you're still not in, yes you are. Yes you absolutely are and your mind has no choice but too conform.

How i got into the void state in only 5 minutes: the zone out technique.

So a lot of people have been asking for the method so here it is.

Disclaimer: i don't know if there's already a method like this. this is just what worked for me but if there is, shout out to the creator!!

Preferably do this at a time where you're less likely to fall asleep. I did this in the afternoon.

1. Sit up/lay down or sit up while slightly laying back (idk how to explain but hopefully it makes sense) i was sitting on my bed and the bed frame is low so i lay my head back on it but i was still sitting up. Basically make it so that you're comfortable but not comfortable enough to fall asleep.

2. Zone out. Unfocus your eyes and stare at a certain point anywhere until your vision is blurry and your mind is blank/thoughts are quiet.

3. After you feel calm, close your eyes and just... relax. Continue zoning out even after you close your eyes. Enjoy the peace. Don't think about the void. This is the end goal. Just do this for a while. And even if your thoughts are loud or you are thinking, it's okay. No pressure just remember that. Observe your thoughts but don't necessarily engage. It comes naturally after a bit.

4. You'll soon notice that you can't feel your body and that it's very peaceful. Then you'll just know. Don't look for the signs, just let it come to you.

That's it! You can adjust any part of the steps to fit you and just remember: relax. you're doing everything right. Your only job is to let it come to you.

Guys i was in the void state.

It took me around 5 minutes i think? To enter which is definitely a first for me

I've been before but that was over a year ago since recently I just kept slipping in and out of it but yeah

I just sat up and closed my eyes but willed myself to stay awake. It was really peaceful and i didn't feel anything and by the time i came out of it like 40 minutes passed

It felt like (for me) zoning out and then snapping back. I didn't manifest anything yet since i didn't affirm. But now im not scared of it anymore which is rlly important

All things aside wdym "if you fear it you'll manifest it" 💀. Manifestation coaches don't know what they're talking about most of the time.

So what she's saying is that ppl who've gone through traumatic things they feared manifested it?? People who feared wars starting and it actually happened manifested it?? People who feared DV and ab@se manifested it??

And she has 120K+ followers and for what? Watered down misinformation? She's literally exploiting ppl who are new to LOA and don't know what to belive yet!!

Fears won't manifest unless you assume that. And if you already have that belief/worry, just remind yourself that you are in control. YOU are the operant power and therefore reality must obey you.

THAT'S IT. You don't have to reprogram your mind, drink a million cups of water, overcome your fears... anything that makes you feel weighed down isn't necessary.

Sorry guys. This just made me so unexplainably mad cause wtf.

Guys, this is random but is it only me who hates when people try to make shifting so... underwhelming? And no, i don't mean by advising people to take it off the pedestal or talking about how normal being in DRs feels like.

Yes, shifting is normal, yes its not magic and yes, everyone already shifts every second.

But just because its normal, doesn't mean it can't be special. Doesn't mean that we shouldn't acknowledge that it is amazing. Like, hello, we can have every single thing we ever wanted with just our brains?? Change our surroundings in a literal blink of an eye?? Meet fictional characters in realities where they're just regular people?? Even date our favourite celebrities!!

I'd say that's pretty fucking amazing.

I think that the main reason many people are demotivated is because in trying to be nonchalant about shifting, they let go of their excitement, their passion.

A lot of people shift demotivated anyway but if you're struggling with motivation? With doubt?Go back to your first script. Your first DR. Remember what made you get into shifting and rediscover that same excitement that drove you to try.
