@angelgnome

the bestiest bestie <3

maybe if you bundled yourself up and went for a walk out in the cold then came back inside with rosy cheeks and cool skin and warmed yourself up with a nice warm cup of herbal tea with honey maybe then you'd calm down

Every time I start to feel down I think I’ve trained my brain to remind me “You literally live on a floating rock in space, stop and go have fun.” Idk but it helps!

quickest glow up tips i know

  • learn how to breathe — you have to engage in conscious breathing often
  • learn how to stretch — especially if you're sedentary and sit for hours
  • learn how to cook — at least three meals, or two meals and a snack
  • learn to look people in the eye — it keeps you present in the conversation
  • learn to leave — letting go is as important as any attachment you may have
  • learn to be bored — constant stimulation will sicken your brain and soul

you are light, you just have to remember to shine

One of the most dangerous things in the world is not being able to say no to people because you don't want to upset them or dissapoint them. This will completely ruin your life in every way possible, at work, in your private life, your sex life and your friendships. It's a way of removing your own consent in your own decisions and go against your wishes, it is always a crime against yourself. Let yourself have a say. Upsetting people is better than traumatizing yourself.

Stop gaslighting your intuition. The peace you lose when you betray your gut isn’t worth anyone’s approval.
