Larian is currently getting reamed on Twitter for announcing they're using AI to make Divinity. This was their very defensive response.
There have been some good jokes and quality dragging going on, but I was very disappointed to hear that the studio that made baldurs gate 3 is doing this now too. I also found out clair obscur used AI in its development cycle too.
so like. a game that won 9 awards this year was also made with AI.

I guess this is where video games are going 😔
The good news is, the more AI we use, the dumber the human species gets, and the easier it'll be when we've totally fucked the environment to our own extinction.
