I wanna remind people to hate the culture of cis heterosexual men, but not every single man ever.
Thinking that every man or boy is a sex predator and every woman is some good sweet innocent child is fucking stupid and very bad.
That's how terfs have swollen to this behemoth of idiocy that believes they have never done anything wrong in their lives, but all men and men supporting women are evil.
You can hate the gross entitlement and toxic masculinity and a patriarchal culture that encourages and ignores bad behaviors from men and boys, but men and boys are people, shockingly, I know, and you WILL run into good ones and bad ones, same as any group.
Yes I know some don't learn a lot of things and some are not open to learning at all. I know some gladly embrace the culture and they suck.
But you'll never convince me there is ANY use whatsoever to telling men and women that anyone with a penis is naturally evil and ready to hurt everyone.
Stop showing your "raised christian" bullshit.
People are never wholly evil or wholly good. With some very weird serial killer exceptions, they can change and the culture can be changed.
But neither will change for the better if all you do is spit venom and inflame a nuanced argument into this pick a side bullshit.
There is no women good, men evil dichotomy. We already had that, but in reverse, where men believed women were always more naturally evil.
We don't need to flip that.
We need to change it. We need to do it differently and better.
No one said you had to beg them for anything, or to change yourself or your message in order to change them, but you can give them basic human decency.
You don't need an eye for an eye here.
Things that make my blood boil: that statistic about how men serve less time for premeditated murder of their wives or girlfriends than women who kill or use lethal force against men who beat the shit out of them or threaten to kill them.
2-6 years vs. 20 years. Like.
Defending yourself against someone who threatened to kill you or your children? Well you're a woman so, how dare you.
But killing your wife or kids?
Meh, just a man thing. He can come back to society. He can kill a few more women, that's fine. Whatever.
Just boys being boys.
